  Called and made an appointment to have a plumbing drain flashed and sealed, he never showed up and never called.

  We purchased a home for my mother and used Andrew to replace that roof. He replaced the entire roof 1.5 years ago and it recently had a leak as a result of him not properly sealing it during replacement. We have tried to work with him to remedy the mistake and fix the interior ruined by the leak but he is refusing and claiming its not his problem. We have tried for two weeks to come to a resolution but now are stuck with a half completed fix and possible long term moisture issues. I have never written a negative review online in my life but I hope this will keep someone from having the same issue we have encountered.

  It is unfortunate that we've come to this point but the facts are this: There is an electrical line tensioner on the roof that is mounted through the shingle surface (a severely outdated system on a 50+yr old house). During the reroof, we resealed it to its original condition and this has been sealed properly for the last ~2 years. There were no signs of failure during the reroof and the homeowner did not want to do anything with it at the time of the reroof. She blames us because their home inspector did not call it out during inspection. The tensioner should not be mounted here and the homeowner was advised of this on her paperwork after the reroof. This tensioner mount began failing by loosening and pulling away from the roof, thus causing a separation in the sealant at its mount. We received the call about a leak, responded within 3 hours, and had it resealed within 5 hours. We provided picture evidence of the tensioner pulling away from the house, thus opening up a leak. We advised her to fix the issue or this would continually occur and could even pull away completely. Again, there were no issues with this tensioner during the reroof 2yrs ago. We have had 2 other professionals, a home inspector and electrician, inspect the system and came to the same conclusion. I presume we will take this to court and I will update this once we do. The homeowner refuses to consider the evidence of the outdated mount, and also refuses to update it. Unfortunately this is where we are. We will defend our position.

  Andrew’s team is great. They kept everything extremely clean. They were very aware as we have little children running around. The roof looks great. Price was the most competitive I could find. And the materials were top notch no plastic vents etc….. Ridge vents all around. Performed the job in three days
