  Never signed up to receive their texting and email campaigns. I already unsubscribed but still receive communication from them. I would recommend going elsewhere if they can't honor a simple request of "do not contact me anymore" and yet …

  Do they take down reviews? I already gave a 1 star review. I'd give them negative if I could. I'm currently taking them to small claims court. I had a leak after their job, they didn't do tie offs to code, the metal roof is lifting, I've had to spend an extra $14k+ to fix everything they did wrong. Please beware.

  Very satisfied with the job done by the outstanding workers. Very disappointed with the customer service. I left many messages to contact me about the different payment plans. But I only talked to Carl 2 times out of the many times I tried to contact him. Got so fed up. They can email me but not return my calls.

  Promise big results but have no follow through and no integrity. Up charges are out of control, guarantees that they don’t follow through with. Glorified lip service. Owner should want to be better, but cares nothing for his customers only lining his pockets and littering the area with his sub par roofing. Go anywhere else and avoid the nightmare of “roof done right.” Farthest thing from the truth. Sag not repaired, nails blown through all around eaves, boards ripped off without change order and slapped back in, (not even primed to match what they ripped out) and my neighbors gutters ripped off as the finale. Go anywhere else. You’ve been warned. Be better Mr. Hendrickson, take pride in all your jobs. You wouldn’t want your own house to look like this, especially after wasting over 25k for “roof done right”

  Mr. Muyres, we have already responded to your previous Google review that you left a couple of weeks ago, and the BBB has determined our company has addressed the issues within the complaint; therefore, we have closed this case in our files. Again, we are confident that the roof we installed meets all shingle manufacturer requirements and is up to Four Seasons standards.

  Repeatedly spammed me via text, email, phone call years after doing work in my roof for a review, here is your review. Company won't stop spamming you despite repeated request not to. Completely unprofessional

  I took a day off from work to meet with someone for an estimate. He came over, did his thing and said he'd get back to me after the weekend. Never heard back. I called him twice and left messages. Nothing, thanks for wasting my time four seasons.

  Not thrilled with the company. I'm a retired school teacher living in a 55 and older comunitiee , 1975 manufactured home. $20,000. For a new roof, one year later the roof leaked warping my interior woodwork. I was told that it was my fault because I didn't approve for a new ventilation to be added. My roof never ever leaked before! I can't afford to spend the money that they say I need to! Thay did come out, I was told that they could do a temporary fix, I hope and pray that the temporary fix works!

  Best price, best service, best work! We just wish we had called Savage Roofing first! We had a ten year old roof that leaked and the contractor ghosted us. Then a failed overpriced repair job last year. The Savage Roofing crew got us in earlier than expected, had super friendly clear communication throughout, and their professional crew was a marvel to watch. Highly recommend!

  Both Antonio and Javier, who had worked on my roof when it was new, were great this time as well. They arrived on time, completed the job in timely manner. They were professional and polite . The yard was cleaned up thoroughly and the roof and gutters look amazing. Thank you Four Seasons Roofing.

  We had a complete tear off and replacement in 3/2021. Price and service were great. A few weeks ago, I noticed a roof leak and notified Four Seasons. An inspection was completed and the affected area was repaired under warranty. We were very happy with company and their employees.

  We recently had a roof leak with water entering through both the flashing and masonry of our chimney. After a thorough inspection Four Seasons gave us a fair quote for the work, and were able to address both the flashing and masonry- not something all roofing companies can do. Lugo conducted the work and he was great to work with. Super positive, friendly, communicative, and the quality of work is impeccable. This was our second time using Four Seasons and they will absolutely be our first call when the need arises again.

  We’ve now used Four Seasons Roofing twice—first for a roofing repair and most recently for siding work—and had great experiences both times. Travis and Lugo were professional, easy to work with, and kept everything on-time and on-budget. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  Lugo repaired our chimney leak and roof bridge vent on 1/27/26. He took his time and was very courteous and professional. The work was completed in one day and looks great. We got rain a couple hours later and no leak. Yeah.

  Terry came out, surveyed my issues and offered some options for repair. We have a tile roof, so it took a few weeks for Four Seasons to match. As soon as the necessary tile was 'in hand' the roofers showed up, worked through a few days of rail, until dark on the few days it took to complete the job. The work looks great and I was very please with the final cost. This was the 2nd time Four Seasons did some roof work for me and both times the crew went above what was asked. I highly recommend this team of roofers, should a roof need repair, or maybe even replacement.

  We were extremely pleased with Four Seasons. From the beginning, I felt Terry was honest in presenting the plan and price. There was no("Oh, wait, we just have a new offer coming in, etc.") as did happen with other salespersons. He presented it and gave me plenty of time for other interviews and talking with my family. We were lucky our job fit in the week of the Fourth of July. Everything progressed smoothly in spite of a couple of surprises. They came right on time, cleaned up every day before they left, and had it all done in three days. We hear it looks great from neighbors and no longer have a leak over the kitchen sink. Thank you, Four Seasons!

  I’m very happy with the new roof on my house. Everyone were very professional, the work was done when they said it would be and they consulted with during the process. We had some unforeseen roof damage but they quickly recognized and fixed the issues
