  **Do Not Use** Tell your neighbors and family this is a terrible roofing contractor. Multiple issues and leaks. Did not stand behind their work. It is like they hired someone of the street who had no experience.

  I had roof repair work done by Asset Roofing Company in 2021, which came with a 20-year workmanship warranty. Unfortunately, I’m now dealing with issues in the exact area they repaired, and getting them to respond has been a bigger problem than the leak itself. I’ve called multiple times with no response. On one occasion, I was put on hold and told someone would call me back—no one ever did. At this point, it feels like they’ve completely disappeared when it comes to standing behind their work. To make matters worse, I’ve had several other roofing companies come out to look at the issue, and every one of them said the original repair was not done properly. A warranty doesn’t mean much if the company won’t answer the phone. Really disappointing experience.

  I hired this company to replace my roof and gutters. I was pleased with their workmanship. If you appreciate communication with a company before and after the the job is complete, I would suggest to use a different company.

  Matthew — thank you for your feedback. For clarity, the roofing work on your home was completed several years ago, and to date there have been no issues with the roof itself or its performance. The concern you raised recently is unrelated to the roofing system and involves a dryer vent configuration, not the roof installation. When you contacted us, we responded promptly and inspected the vent. During that visit, we discovered the duct running from your dryer to the roof was a flex pipe, which is not code-compliant for dryer exhausts and is typically used for bathroom fans. Our installers identified it as such and installed the exterior termination based on the pipe type present at the time. Once the issue was brought to our attention, we did not go silent. We offered a solution to correct the system by installing new hard pipe to bring it fully up to code and proposed crediting the costs you incurred toward that correction so you would not be paying twice. If communication felt delayed at any point, we apologize. Recent regional flooding has caused temporary scheduling and staffing disruptions, but our front office remains available 24/7, and we are always open to continuing the conversation and resolving concerns. We take safety, building standards, and customer trust seriously, and we remain willing to help complete the correction if you’d like to move forward. — Asset Roofing

  Asset Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I was traveling during the project, and they kept me updated every step of the way by sending pictures and letting me know about any issues they found, such as leaks and mold. The roof looks fantastic, and they completed the work quickly. They also did an excellent job cleaning up—there wasn't any waste left behind when they finished. On top of that, their pricing was much better than other companies I contacted. I highly recommend Asset Roofing for their professionalism, communication, quality of work, and great value.

  I've paid them $50K for a deposit for a large commercial roofing project. Despite numerous emails and phone calls I still don't have a firm project start date. They were extremely responsive up front on the sales side, but as soon as it moved to someone managing the project and communicating the schedule and plans it's complete silence.

  My wife and I chose Asset Roofing after we had a couple different bids, and they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish, quality service and care. The PM Junior and his crew were amazing and very helpful. I’d highly recommend.

  I hired Asset Roofing for removal and replacement of the gutters on our house. Overall a good experience, the installation was done quickly and our technician was communicative and did quality work. The reason I give 4 stars is because they delayed our production start date by a week and I had to call myself to figure that out after nobody showed up to our house the day of. Overall a good experience.

  Asset replaced the roof on my backyard shed. They did the job at a great cost with excellent materials, and were done in 2 days. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

  Richie and his crew performed a hand brush of all moss and debris on our roof and then applied a moss-out treatment to prevent future growth. Overall a great experience. Richie took many photos while on the roof and showed me some problem areas that I was not aware of, which I appreciated. He clearly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and cleaned up all debris. Would not hesitate to have them back in the future.

  Highly recommend Asset Roofing! We recently had our roof and gutters done by Asset Roofing. They helped with financing, were fast, professional, personable, conscious of landscaping (using tarps), clean-up and communicated every step of the way, from initial inspection/bid, project work, safety checks and final inspection with doing a couple of downspout adjustments at our request. Any additional cost, such as extra plywood or building of skylight bumpers for special skylights were communicated up front, or during the process, prior to proceeding. The took many detailed pictures throughout the entire project so we could see all damage and the count of plywood used, as well as the progress. They even compiled a roofing project photo presentation of the job with every step of the process included. Great job and a big THANK YOU to the entire team – Mason (sales), Evan and Junior (project managers), Manny and Miquel (mold remediation), Don (safety inspector), Isaias, Geremais and Bladimir (roofing crew), Marco and team (gutters), and Joyce (financing, billing and project picture book). Everyone was truly amazing and made it a great experience around a large expenditure!! Asset Roofing will be our go to roofing company, and we will definitely recommend them to others!

  This company (Asset Roofing)and the guys ( Isaias, Bladimir and Geremias) made this process completely painless. These guys work is outstanding and they are very dedicated to their craft. I also want to thank Jr for being that guy, very understanding, patient and passionate. I am extremely happy I chose them for my roofing job. I will always recommend them in the future to anyone who needs a roof replacement. Extremely happy customer.
