  This company may be the infamous "Irish accent" roof scammers, I will be reporting them to the WA AG office. I requested an estimate via a form, gave all the information they needed, even selected a day and time to come out. A gal later contacted me, and asked all the same information. Said she would get back to me. Then a guy called me around 530pm with an "irish" accent and again asked all the same questions and scheduled the appt the next day at 11am. Around 930 that night I received a text my appt was at 8 am. In the morning around 730am I called the number on the text and they confirmed the appt was at 8am. Went to the site, and no one showed up. I would NOT recommend this company!!

  I had an absolutely terrifying experience with a guy named Clive who works for north creek roofing and knocked on my door! He made me feel extremely unsafe, I am a stay at home mother with a baby!! I told him to please not knock on my door as I have a sleeping baby and showed him the sign on my door that says so. He did not like when I said no to him and he quickly became very aggressive. He proceeded to close in on me and corner me on my own porch calling me stupid for declining to receive a free roof inspection. I was stunned and felt very scared. I did not expect for this to happen, especially because I was never rude to him to begin with, all I did was ask him to respect my sign. This is very unprofessional and disgusting behavior and I hope there is proper repercussions as I do not want this to happen to anybody else. Absolutely ridiculous!

  Incredibly rude and distasteful. It has been 2+ days of these men banging from 3-9 pm. While I understand everyone has different work schedules, it is so baffling to me that you, as a company, believe it is acceptable to be making that much loud noise past 6 or 7 pm, when people in this neighborhood have very young kids and early morning jobs. It really is infuriating, as I have lost valuable work time because I can not focus with all the noise. ALSO, they are taking up allllll the parking spots on the street in front of our home, which is ridiculous and made trash day impossible. Lastly, there is debris all over my carefully planted garden, like roof pieces upon roof pieces, which I have had to personally dispose of. I have never ever written a review of any business, but this is the second time in the span of a year that this same exact company has been out POUNDING past normal hours and well into the dark. At this point, maybe a noise complaint with authorities is due because it really is disruptive, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and downright a bad look to be doing all that past evening hours when people have commitments. Please do better.

  The sales person who talked to me was saying one thing, but when the worker came he was doing different. His menager told him to do less and not to change the plywood on my leaking roof. The menager called me and was raising voice on me and telling me he will charge me the extra if they change the plywood This was very Unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.

  We had a couple leaks identified, and North Creek Roofing came and did some shingle replacement and ridge vent replacement. While the repair/replacement appears sound, the clean-up was HORRIBLE. Quite literally, I don't believe they picked up a single nail they tore out of the roof. We asked them to come back to clean up the nails from the roof, driveway, and yard. They found what looked like could easily have filled a gallon container. The owner was responsive and kind, however, from a safety standpoint, this is absolutely unacceptable. Nobody wants to be surprised by a nail in their foot. This was in February 2021. Since, I've continued to find one or two. Not enough to cry about, but not something that I enjoy finding. I recognize that its impossible to pick up every single nail, or maybe a nail fell in the gutter and the rain washed it away. No problem there. However, August 2021, it was time to clean the roof of pine needles. Guess what I found? Many, many more nails. Enough to fill a quart-paint can. Its as if they didn't try even try up there! Highly disappointing that we can't trust this well reviewed business to try their best in all aspects of their job. Highly recommend that this company NOT be used for repairs.

  Sorry for the late reply. We apologize for the excess nails that you found on your property. If you look at our other reviews I believe its evident that we place a premium on clean up. While we understand your frustration, I hope you will reconsider the single star review for the oversight and consider the entire experience that would include our responsiveness, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer service.

  Last year North Creek did such a fantastic job of installing our new roof that when we found out they also install gutters there was no need to go out for bids this year to decide who would be fabricating and replacing our new gutters. And we were so right! Our new gutters are absolutely beautiful - they fit perfectly and we love the color match with the rest of the house. North Creek is definitely the best choice again! No doubt about it.

  Their customer service was incredible from start to finish. Manager Michael Teiman was extremely patient, professional, and helpful. He took the time to talk me through exactly what needed to be done, explaining the different options and helping me understand what would be the most cost-effective approach while still ensuring the work was done properly and to a high standard. I needed the work completed before my house inspection so I could move forward with selling my home, and they adjusted their schedule to make sure they could get me booked in time. Michael and the team at North Creek Roofing made what could have been a stressful process very straightforward.

  These are some great people to work with! Quality is their main aim and they won't charge you unnecessary costs. Mike helped us with the initial quote and made sure all necessary repair areas are perfectly captured. Angela helped us with the quote and dispatch information which was very well managed. Two men came in and finished the job in 3-4 hours. I apologize for forgetting their names. Any job big or small, hire them! You won't be sorry. I know I will.

  I was in need of a carport roof replaced before painters were scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told they could do the job the following week! I had a family trip planned and was told, you don't have to be there. While relaxing on the Oregon coast my roof was completed in one day! I returned to a beautiful new roof. The area was clean, all old shingles were removed. I am thrilled that all was completed in such a tight timeframe to perfection. I highly recommend considering this company.   North creek was amazing! Riley was thorough with the initial estimate and initially braced us for a few weeks to completion. 2 days later the crews showed up and completed our roof in 2 additional days! The schedule aligned perfectly for me. So others’ mileage may vary. The quality of work was impeccable and all the men were polite and courteous in all our interactions. I would definitely recommend north creek to anyone in the area facing a new roof.

  Really satisfied with the work done by the whole team, from the first inspection I got from Reilly to the installation of the new roof and debris removal, the whole crew were splendid. Angela did a terrific job coordinating the installation and making sure the dates would work according to my needs. The crew was very honest in returning to their inventory material that was not used during the project and deducting it from the final bill. I would definitely make business with them again in the future.

  The roof looks great. They did a good job cleaning up. They guesstimated x amount of sheets of plywood because of roof rot. Turned out needed double that. Not their fault the roof was worse than they thought in an area they could not inspect. Very pleased. Only thing is I wish they used smooth facia boards instead of rough to match existing.
