  Do not do business with this company. I just moved here from Arizona and I had a tree fall on my roof and I talked to James and told me to call in and he would “take care of me”. I called and the secretary dodged my questions and then hung up on me. Are you guys even a legitimate business.. or is this just a scam. My suggestion to potential customers is to stay away. It doesn’t feel like a warm environment. Also I’m sorry James, You seemed very nice. But due to this encounter I will not be doing business with you guys. God Bless.

  Thank you. As always a good job. I have used Royalty for many jobs from repairing a few shingles to multiple condominium roofs and never had a problem. Great customer service.

  Royalty came out the next day after I called to inspect a leak. They identified the leak, and sent a crew out to fix it quickly. The job was done professionally, timely, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied. I would recommend them for anybody looking for a responsible roofing company. nice Job.

  Royalty installed our tile roof a couple of years ago. Issues recently surfaced. Once contacted they responded quickly, professionally and without charging me for the repairs. While not happy with the issues, I was impressed with how Royalty responded and resolved them.

  I had a leak after a roof replacement that included ceiling damage. They were quick to come out and fix the leak and found a great drywall repair contractor for the ceiling. Jimmy was always in contact with me. Great job.

  In my 38 years of working in the service industry, Royalty has demonstrated that every customer is important. Every. Single. One. My roof repairs were not roof related, but Royalty made the offer to repair what they normally would not do, to make it right. Not just timely, but genuine care and concern that my experience with Royalty was sufficient for me. They fixed everything and I am grateful and would suggest to anyone with roofing needs, forget getting three bids. Call Royalty and no other company. You will never regret anything by doing so. They are professional, courteous and listen to their customers. Thank you! Thank you!
