  Sales rep of this company doesn’t want business for company by the way they are handling their appointments with their clientele. I never got a call from the sale person when he showed up at the house and when I reached out back to him and his answer was for me to call back the company when he had just left my house. I feel they need more customers service training for their employees handling customers appointments.

  All started back in June when I received my estimate but when I was ready to start the project they promised to come back out and or at least for the owner to call me. I have been waiting over a month. Lady over the phone promises a call back but it never happens. Looks like my job is too small for them to care. Hate to give a small company a one star but they really dropped the ball. My reply to their response: It rained for 3 weeks but all business continues in the city, they could have called and made an appointment but they didn’t care to call me back. Even in their response no action to commit to the job they gave an estimate for, why? Because they prefer the higher paying jobs.

  Rocky and his team did a wonderful job installing our new metal roof. My husband Ben and I could not be happier with the attention to detail when prepping for the installation as well as the actual installation of the new roof. The metal roof is a much needed facelift to the exterior of the house. Thank you, Rocky and team, for doing a fantastic job!

  When I discovered a leak from my roof in the middle of a week long continuous rain, ROX Roofing is the ONLY company of three that I called, who came right out to my property within two hours!! Rey Gamarra responded immediately. He stopped the water from pouring through my roof, preventing further damage to my house until they could schedule a day to fully repair the damaged area. Integrity and promptness along with professionalism makes Rey with ROX Roofing my GO TO roofing company moving forward! Thank you Rey!

  We found ROX Roofing in 2017 when a large roofing company could not find a roof leak after numerous attempts and unnecessary costly added expenses. We called ROX Roofing and Rocky was able to find the problem and fixed the leak. In 2026 we needed to replace our 25-year-old roof. We wanted someone who was fair and honest so we called ROX Roofing because Rocky earned our trust. He brought samples to our home (placed them on the roof) and guided us in our decision which proved to be the perfect choice. His crew cleared our property of debris every evening until the job was completed. We strongly recommend ROX Roofing to anyone who wants a reliable and trustworthy company and a professional roofing job.

  Rox Roofing was extremely responsive during the rainy storm season. They came out right away and provided an estimate, and a temporary fix until the work could be done. This company went beyond the call of duty and made the repairs as soon as possible by monitoring the weather and working as soon as the rain stopped for awhile (even on a weekend)! Rox Roofing is and will be one I go to for all my roofing needs. Great company and fantastic job!!
