Impossible to get in touch with, and they don’t follow back up with you. Back in December I had a representative named Benno come out and check on my roof. He told me that I could get away with repairs, but also gave me estimates for a new roof as well. I told him I would like to do the repairs first as they were much cheaper, and then I was ghosted. I had to hound him for weeks to get anything sent over and when I finally sent him the work order that I had signed it was radio silence. I have tried to call back several times since then and even put in for a new estimate as a so much time has passed and still have had no response. They obviously don’t want the work, maybe it’s because it wasn’t a huge job, but jokes on them. I’m going to probably have the whole roof replaced and if they had been more communicative they would have gotten that business.

If you want your neighborhood filled with blaring music and yelling, this is the company for you. No respect for homeowners in the townhome community they’re working in today. Would not recommend if you value your neighbors.

I would not recommend Rosie's for your roofing services. The roof was put on in a timely manner and works great. However, they rushed to do the project while we were out of town and after the fact we knew the reason. They left a huge mess of nails and trash all over our exterior areas of our house including our drive way where we could have put a hole in our tire. They did send one person to clean it up, but we still found nails weeks later. They put in their contract that they will leave a clean site and use a magnetic bar to pick up all the nails, which was not done. They broke two strands of deck lights and left our furniture all moved around. They did compensate us for the deck lights, but leaving us to find all of this without letting us know was extremely unprofessional. Honestly that wasn't the worst part though. A few weeks later we noticed our AC unit wasn't working and it's an older unit so we decided to get a new one. It turns out there was a new nail that punctured the cooling system. The AC workers confirmed this and took a picture. The AC unit worked prior to this as well. So we had a get a whole new unit from this mistake. Again, the roof works great and they finished in a timely manner, but at what cost?

Olivia, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate feedback, both positive and constructive, as it helps us continually improve our services. Firstly, we sincerely apologize for the oversight in leaving nails and debris around your property. While we always aim to leave a site clean and use magnetic tools to pick up nails, it's possible we missed the mark in this instance. We understand the inconvenience this posed, and we deeply regret any distress caused. As a note - sometimes, nails get caught in the gutter downspouts where they turn and flow out during a hard rain. As for the AC situation, we always strive to be careful and considerate during our roofing work. I'd like to note that building codes mandate that nails penetrate the decking during roofing installation. The proximity of AC lines to the roof deck is a crucial factor. If AC lines are installed close to the roof deck, it may not adhere to the recommended safety and building standards. That said, we genuinely regret the challenges you faced post our roofing services. We understand the importance of clear communication and professionalism and will take your feedback to heart to further refine our processes. If you have any more questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help. Warm regards, Rosie's Roofing Team 🛠️❤️🎩

Hi Mike, Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. Rosie's Roofing prides itself on continuing to work with customers to achieve a positive outcome. As one of the owners of the company, I am keenly interested in situations where we did not meet our, or your, standards. However, because you left no information about your concerns, I am unable to follow up on my end, nor reach out to you. If you can call the office at 888-502-0221 and ask for one of the owners, we would be happy to continue this discussion.

I paid Rosie’s Roofing $48,000 to install a standing seam metal roof on our house and they were unprofessional, deceptive, failed to follow our architects construction plans and all of their workmanship was poor. They did not complete our punch list. Two of Rosie’s employees fell from the top of our second story roof landing onto our lower-level roof 12 feet below. They hit the lower roof so hard that they shattered ceiling lights inside the house. Nobody said a word to us about it at all, not even to tell us they were ok. The roof Rosie’s installed is not the roof in our architectural construction documents. If we wish to fix this now it will cost about $40,000 to replace the roof with what we specified. Had they indicated on their proposal that they would use a sub-contractor instead of doing the work themselves, we would not have hired them. The owner of Rosie’s Roofing came onto our property 9 months later when we were not home and started recording video of our house and making claims that are not true. He did not have our prior permission to be on our property. I was only made aware of this visit to the property because of my security cameras. We had to replace 5 skylights that Rosie’s and the general contractor installed at a cost of more than $10,000. The gc purchased the wrong type of skylights for our house and the owner of Rosie’s Roofing admits that he knew the skylights were the wrong type for our roof and installed them anyway. Rosie’s showed a complete lack of integrity for installing products they knew would fail. They should have told me or the architect. Rosie’s did not install the roof deck boards properly. As a result, the edge of the roof where it meets the fascia does not make a flat straight line. It is wavy and overhangs the fascia board in places. I showed this issue to the metal roofing alliance, and they said they, “doubt that can be repaired without removing the roof.” I asked them repeatedly to fix the deck boards prior to i

HI Karl. I am sorry to read about your frustrations. Please recognize that Rosie's was working for Blalock Construction, the General Contractor you hired, so all communication and all work authorization came through him; we knew only what he told us and could do only what he paid us to do. During the project, we pointed out to your GC on several occasions that we felt there were problems with the project and the decisions they were making, including but not limited to the order in which they scheduled work and their choice of skylights. What he did with that information and how he acted on our concerns was not in our control. Rosie's visited your house as soon as we learned that you had concerns with the project. It was nine months after the installation because that was when we were notified by Blalock Construction that you had questions. We made an inspection in September and relayed our findings to your GC. We heard nothing from them until mid-February when they called asking for clarification on questions they had. The gas exhaust pipe to which you refer has an 8" cap screwed into a 6" pipe that was rusted so thoroughly that the cap eventually collapsed. We documented the condition of this pipe and sent this to Blalock Construction. It would not have collapsed with the correct size cap. Rosie's did not damage the HVAC stack, nor did we leave it collapsed at the end of our work. The HVAC stack was not in our scope of work and was not our responsibility to replace. Rosie's installed the roof deck working in conjunction with carpenters who were provided by your GC. He was responsible for installing new rafter tails and fascia on part of your home. We pointed out to your GC that the rafter tails were not consistent in length. Then, when it came time to put on the metal roof, your GC had not yet installed the fascia board, so all we could do was accept his assurance that he would do it, and line up the end of the metal panels with the end of the plyw

Sent someone out to inspect, but never gave an estimate and didn't follow up.

    Reply from the business

Hello Cashelle, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I apologize for any confusion. Upon our inspection, our technician determined the issue wasn't a roof leak but related to the brick and stucco wall. He mentioned this during his visit. Perhaps this detail got lost in the mix of daily communications. We always strive for clarity and thoroughness, and I regret any oversight on our part. If there's any other assistance or clarification you need, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help. Best regards, The Rosie's Roofing Team

I contacted Rosie’s based on Nextdoor recommendations. The work “looks” good but afterwords whenever there is a hard rain there’s a loud drip coming from overhead in the guest bath. I’ve contacted Rosie’s someone has come out twice, no they do not see anything and so on and on. Recently I had someone else come out and what was found was that there’s a sink in the roof area that one of the vents that had been knocked over during the roof installation. I was asked to come take a look at it in the backyard and yes there appears to be a visible dip of some sort right in the area in question. The guys doing the roof install were very nice and stated that they fixed the issue and I believe they thought so but at this point I’m not sure. My contacts at Rosie’s have been pleasant to work with and that’s nice but it doesn’t change the fact that I have a new roof with a new issue that I did not have prior to choosing this company along with a bill that has been paid. So I’m guessing I’ll have to pay another company to come out to fix whatever it is that’s happening on the roof and/or inside of my attic area.

    Reply from the business

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback Mrs. Phillips. We installed your roof in October of 2020, and since then we have been to your home four times in response to your concerns about hearing a drip. We have inspected the roof, the penetrations and the area in the attic where you are hearing the noise. In all cases, we found no evidence that the roof is leaking -- and in fact, you say as much that there is no leak, just a noise. Rosie's will always stand behind its work and if you do have a leak, we will absolutely respond immediately to address it. As for the "depression" in the roof, there is no compromised decking there. Your roof deck consists of 1x planks, and over the decades the boards sometimes develop a little concavity. This is not a weak point in the roof but rather reflects how your home has aged over time. If the other person who came out identified a leak in the roof, please let us know so we can address it as we are never satisfied if one of our customers is unhappy. We do appreciate your other points that Rosie's has been pleasant to work with and we also hope that you recognize we have not been remiss in addressing your concerns (hence four visits to your home). You have an excellent roof system that has a ten year workmanship warranty. That you are hearing a new noise post-install does not mean there is an issue with the roof. We are very interested in your feedback and hope that once the issue is located, if it is not roof related, you might consider changing your one star review to more accurately reflect your experience with Rosie's Roofing.

Several neighbors recommended Rosie's Roofing when I was looking for a roofing referral; Adrienne Appleby was extremely thorough in reviewing roof recommendations with me and she was with me throughout the process. The person who did our roof inspection was very thorough and took many photos to show condition of the roof. The roofers did a wonderful job, completing the job more quickly than I imagined due to a large crew, and they did a thorough clean-up before they left. I am so pleased! Thank you, Adrienne and Rosie's!

I called Rosie's out for what I thought was a simple roof leak, a damp, growing spot on my master bathroom ceiling. Charlie, one of the owners, showed up personally with his crew, and I genuinely believe their thoroughness may have saved my family from carbon monoxide poisoning and fire risk. What stood out immediately is that most roofers would've stayed on the roof, looked at vent boots and shingles, found nothing obvious, and either quoted me something I didn't need or told me to call someone else. Instead, Charlie went straight into the attic first, and not just the easy-to-reach area. He crawled all the way back into a tight, hard-to-access part of the attic that I couldn't even safely get to myself. While he was back there, he discovered that our furnace flue pipe was completely disconnected, meaning carbon monoxide had been venting into our attic every time the furnace ran. We had no idea. For context, we'd had our HVAC company out just two weeks prior for a routine service visit, and they missed this entirely. A roofer caught a life-threatening HVAC issue that the HVAC professionals didn't. Charlie reconnected it on the spot. On top of that, he diagnosed the actual ceiling leak, which wasn't the roof at all. He found that the exterior dryer vent had a screened filter behind the flap that was completely clogged with lint, nothing could get through. This clogged filter was not allowing lint or heat to escape every time I ran the dryer, causing a huge fire hazard. Because no heat was escaping, hot dryer exhaust was leaking into the attic. When the AC ran, the temperature difference between the hot attic air and the cold AC ducts was causing condensation to form at the duct connection points, which was dripping onto the sheetrock and showing up as a leak on our bathroom ceiling. This filter was three stories up on the exterior of the building. His crew threw up a tall ladder, climbed up, and removed it. That alone would've been a separate service call to ano

Thank you for the kind review, Collin and we were happy to help. To quote Farmers Insurance, "we know a lot because we've seen a lot." The leak on the ceiling of the bathroom didn't present like a typical roof leak and so we needed to dig into it a bit more. These kind of issues can actually be more fun (and satisfying) to solve than the standard roof leaks and I was really happy that we saw the disconnected exhaust for your furnace. Let us know if you ever need us again!

Nailed it! Here is a draft for you that leans into the fun, "Rosie’s" brand while hitting all those great points the reviewer mentioned. 🏠 High-Fives All Around! Holy Shingle, what a review! We are absolutely "over the moon" (and over the roof!) that we could get your home back in tip-top shape. Swapping out those 20-year-old shingles for a sleek new architectural look is like giving your house a designer makeover—and getting it done in just one day? That’s just how we roll! We’re blushing at the shoutouts: Adrienne is already doing a happy dance! She loves keeping things "crystal clear" for our customers. The Crew was more than happy to flex those muscles! We’re roofers by trade, but we’re "heavy-lifters" by nature when our neighbors need a hand. The Chimney Cap: Nothing says "look at me" like custom metalwork. It’s basically the crown jewelry of your house. Coming from an Architect, your recommendation means the world to us—it’s the highest "structure" of praise we could receive! Thank you for trusting Rosie’s Roofing to keep you dry and stylish for years to come. Stay covered, The Rosie’s Roofing Team 🌹🔨

We’ve told Clint to take a "bow-wow" for the great work, and he’s already checking his radar for the next mission. Thank you so much for the shoutout—we’re officially ready to "patch" things up whenever you need us again! Stay dry and stay awesome, The Rosie’s Roofing Team 🌹🔨
