  I’ve used Castle Property Services twice for leak-related issues. The first was related to a builder issue, and the second involved an exposed nail that had fallen through and was causing a leak. I paid approximately $3,000 for that repair. About a week ago, a separate piece of the structure came off completely and landed in my backyard. I had another contractor inspect the situation, and they confirmed that the same type of work Castle previously addressed needs to be done again, as it was not properly handled the first time. I chose to move forward with a different contractor who offered a more thorough solution, avoided shortcuts, and charged a more reasonable price. Based on my experience, the work did not justify the cost, and I would not use Castle Property Services again.

  Desk manager was unnecessarily rude. I understand you needed to be direct but there’s a fine line. Plus from multiple people I was overcharged for the tarp. $900 on a small part of house I heard was absurd

In this case, our pricing reflected the actual scope of work required, and even after working to align pricing where possible, the total exceeded the carrier’s allowance once the deductible and recoverable depreciation were applied under the policy. We took time to explain how the insurance figures compared to the full scope of work so expectations were clear before moving forward, and outlined the available options when it became clear the remaining balance wasn’t what you were anticipating. This is why it isn't a do it yourself job for most people. Our technician, despite being outside our usual service area, prioritized your urgent need and quickly dispatched to your Grayson, GA home the very next day after you called. The repair required specialized skills and equipment to work at a significant height and we were able to take care of the repair while onsite visiting you the first time. For just $395, our team efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue by taking the faulty components apart and putting them back together again correctly and sealed properly. The leak is now fixed. We believe this price reflects the quality of service, expertise, and urgency of the repair. We hope you’ll reconsider your review and appreciate the value you were provided.

  I did not want to give this company one star. They were supposed to do patch work on my roof and 6 mths later my roof is leaking and there is mold growing in my attack. I purchased a warranty in which they did not acknowledge. The owner sent someone out to my home who was not a professional and did not have a license. So now I'm left to file a claim with the BBB and repair my roof AGAIN WITH PROFESSIONALS And by looking at the reviews I guess they only fo excellent work for men.. LADIES BEWARE

  samantha does not take accountability for agreements made nor was i listened to during the inspection by jose. after full payment, i still have 2 holes in the ceiling and then was disregarded when i started the conversation.

  I'm giving the second star because I was on a time crunch and had a limited schedule to be available so they were able to get someone out very quickly to do my inspection which was appreciated. However, since then, I've heard nothing from them and never received the quote. I called 2 full business days later and whoever answered took my information and said she'd have her manager call me back. We're now 5 business days later and still haven't heard anything. I have seen other reviews similar to this so maybe my project isn't large enough and not generating a lot of revenue so maybe it's low on their priority scale, I don't know. That's all I'm left to assume since I've been given nothing else.

  Do not use this company. They installed my roof in 2013, 5 years later I had a leak in my roof. They REFUSED to fix the leak without additional compensation. It is now April 2023, and with the heavy rain in Atlanta, GA, I have THREE (3) new leaks in my roof! My roof is barely ten years old! They do shoddy work. They should not be allowed a business license in this or any state. Based on my experience, I am screaming, Do not use these people! They prey on female seniors like me. I was going to update my complaint from 2018, but they had removed the page. Only their ads are top quality, not their work.

  I had an appointment and explained that I had a leak plus I provided a pic of the damage over my garage. My house is on the market for sale so it was critical that I resolved the problem expeditiously. They provided me with time slot (8-10am) so I arose early to be prepared; however, my time slot was delayed (I guess by a more urgent matter). The scheduler explained that the team accepted a small project to take care of that took precedent over mine. But, my project was small too. The scheduler did ask me but she did not make me aware that my time slot would be moved back some hours. I would suggest that Castle does not honor it’s appointments.

  I had an excellent experience with Castle Property Solutions. I discovered a pretty bad attic leak and called them yesterday — they sent someone out the same day to assess the issue and provide a clear estimate. Approving the work and paying the deposit securely online was quick and easy. They scheduled the repair for the very next day, and the serviceman arrived right on time. He fixed the roof leak efficiently and also took care of a separate gutter issue I’d been dealing with. The entire process was fast, professional, and extremely smooth.   I talked with several roofing companies before deciding to go with Castle Roofing (Castle Property Solutions), and I am so glad that I went with Castle, because Castle's pricing was very fair compared to other company's . . . but what set them apart was their professionalism, their constant communication and always having someone to answer the phone, and their clear invoicing. But it didn't stop there, since GAF shingles referred me to Castle as one of their certified GAF shingle installers, who did everything right, including getting a permit for the work done (Roswell requires). What is also great is that Castle was able to help me with new gutter guards and repair some siding on my chimney. Overall, I would highly recommend them as a quality company. Thanks Charlie for taking such good care of me, and thanks to the work crew who were both very kind and skilled. Nobody else I talked to even came close to the great price, service, and professional care that I received from Castle.

  Castle came out same day to my house in Sandy Springs with a gutter/downspout blocked. Very reasonable pricing. They estimated the day I called & fixed the very next day! Very pleased with their service.
