  Unreliable. They cannot seem to ever make an appointment and cancel last second. Waste of time

  Mr Amir: Apologies for postponing the appointment today. Our technician fall sick, we had to cancel his entire schedule as we didn't have anybody available to replace him on the spot.   Three reps from this company were unable to identify the source of a rooftop deck leak. However, they located several places where caulk was missing and issues were present. They were to send me an estimate to do that work, with BOTH parties aware this might not solve the leak I originally called about, yet were still bona fide repairs that needed to be completed. Apparently they decided the job was too small, so after several contacts trying to get them to send the estimate they promised, they sent an email saying they could not do the job because it might not solve the problem. This is a gross misinterpretation of the original request and expectation, and they are fully aware of this. Dishonesty is dishonesty despite the language used to try to hide it.

  Run, do not walk, away from this company. I had them install a new roof only to find that they had left rotting wood decking underneath. When another contractor noticed the issue, I had a professional inspector come out for a post-installation inspection. He found a slew of issues. Neither Bell roofing nor GAF is standing by their workmanship or their warranty. I wish someone had warned me. I am guessing most of the happy customers have not had their roof inspected. I was happy with them too before I had mine inspected.

  Ms. Fox, GAF (an independent third-party roofing expert) has reviewed your concerns and ruled that Bell Roofing was NOT at fault. They found no issues with the roof installation or workmanship. Your roof is also warrantied for 25 years. In terms of the wood replacement, Bell Roofing completed the entire job per the agreed contract. We replaced all rotten/damaged wood on the top decking. All of your shingles are nailed on solid wood decking. Replacing wood layers or framing under the top decking was never discussed, never part of the contract, and therefore out of the project scope.

  Called over 3 weeks ago for someone to look at my roof. Followed up numerous times and nobody ever shows. Will be going with another company that actually wants my business. UPDATE: THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW!

It has been flagged as inappropriate to Google. At Bell Roofing, we contact every customer who calls our offices to discuss their issues and immediately schedule a technician, where appropriate. Our technicians and sales consultants do show up to their appointments, as we keep track of every meeting scheduled.

  This is a false review. 1) Bell Roofing has never installed a roof for any customer under the name of Nay's Cafe. 2) In Atlanta GA, where Charles Bell Roofing is located, there is no Nay's Cafe (as per Google). 3) Bell Roofing is always reachable for service inquiries at 404-874-7663 or via email at bellroofing@bellroofingco.com. 4) All our roofs are GAF warrantied and installed to manufacturer's specs.   We thought Bell Roofing was a roofing company we could count on. There were minor leaks in our roof that they didn't repair properly. We paid $1500 for repairs and had to pay the same amount to another contractor to fix the same issue. We're all human, however Bell Roofing's credibility was questioned with the poor repairs they did on our home.

  Ms. Foster: This review is not accurate. The leak described in your review was in a different area and was NOT part of the original repair that we completed. The new leak is in a dead valley with shingles and 1/12 pitch, while our original repair was to fix your chimney flashing, nail pops, and two boots.  Attached is a signed estimate for $1,100 showing the work we quoted and successfully completed. Bell Roofing stands behind its warranties. A Bell Roofing technician was at your property on 12.23.2019 when you reported that your roof was still leaking after the repair.  He confirmed that the repairs were successfully completed and that the leaks that you experienced were from a new (i.e. separate) issue. At the end of this inspection, Bell Roofing provided you with a new estimate for redoing the valley.  However, you never contacted us back or answered our calls. We understand your frustration, but it's not correct to blame Bell Roofing for your roof issues. If questions, please contact us at 404-874-7663 or bellroofing@bellroofingco.com

  The admin process was a bit of nightmare when getting the permits for South Fulton County. On top of that, we later learned that we have to pay for the permits which cost us an extra $225 (read the fine print people). The team that actually did the work to the roof were fine and roof looks good.

Your other concerns about the administration nightmare posed by the City of South Fulton County's Permit division is unfair to Bell Roofing for the following reasons: 1- Covid19 has affected and delayed the City of South Fulton's processing capacity. Unfortunately, there's nothing Bell Roofing can do to speed up this process. 2- Each City sets its reroof permit fees. Bell Roofing processes these permits at no cost to our customers. However, these fees are added to the final invoice. Hope this addresses your concerns. Thanks for trusting Bell Roofing

  The Bell Roofing team did a great maintenance job on our flat roof in Sandy Springs. I called them because it's getting a bit up there in years and I wanted to make sure we took care of any preventive work before things got out of hand. Carlos came by my house within a couple of days after I called them and did a thorough assessment of what he recommended. The price was fair and the work made sense. His team showed up two days after that and got to work right away. I was impressed with the organization and energy of the team. They knew what they needed to do and moved to get it done. Because it's a high, flat roof, they shared lots of pictures about the work as they were doing it so I could get a sense of it without having to climb up there myself. Overall I'm very happy with the speed, value, and effectiveness of the Bell team and would recommend them.

  I’ve used Bell Roofing over the years to patch the existing roof on my home. When it came time to replace/upgrade my roof I knew just who to call. The Bell team was professional, communicative and lovely to deal with, guiding me through my roofing options (went with GAF UHDZ shingles in Weathered Wood), replacing the rotting boards as needed and finally inspecting the roof before they closed out the job. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Could not recommend Bell Roofing more highly!
