  I like how attentive they was when I was getting my roof replaced. But I've had leakage and I had to call twice and service was not 24 hrs to get looked at and sealed. I called on Mon 6/3/24 and had to make a follow-up call on Wed 6/5/24. And they didn't have a set time of when they could come out. They don't give you a time slot of when anyone available. They just popped up and thankfully I was home on Wed 6/5/24 when someone rung my doorbell without any prior indication. So hopefully the leak is taken care of. I'll see when the next rain storm comes. Sonja was nice about getting taken care of.

The service professional was there within 48 hours (5/5/24)to complete the service. *All services are normally scheduled for the following week due to the service professional's schedule.   Terrible customer service, and they damaged a 20 year old Japanese Maple tree and told me that they're not responsible for any damage to the landscaping. They put that in the contract that you sign, but they don't point that out to you when they're selling you a new roof. My mistake. I didn't read the whole contract. Now my new roof is leaking and I called to have it fixed, two weeks went by and I had to call them back and I was told that they thought someone had been out to my house. They haven't been back to fix my roof yet. I definitely don't recommend this roofing company. I'm very sorry that I hired them. Update. They came out and repaired the leak. So far, I haven't seen any more water. I still wouldn't hire this company again because my roof leaked so soon after installation. I just hope that I don't have any more problems going forward.

  Asked to speak to owner about concerns. Was told “that will never happen!!!!! You speak to me only ,Ms.Smith” Paid thousands for this type of customer service?

  Charlene Nelmes - I've spoken to you many, many many, times over the past 2 months and I have sent someone to your home in response to your concern that you've expressed. We have found no leaks or installation problems. Additionally, I've never told you that speaking to the owners "would never happen" although, I did say "that your point of contact is me, -Sonja (Customer Service)." ImproveIT of Atlanta would never sacrifice quality or service. When in fact, ImproveIT of Atlanta assisted you greatly in 2019 to obtain a brand new roof through your insurance company (ALLSTATE) with no money out of pocket to you, including an upgrade on your shingles.   Don’t waste your time and money with these crooks/scammers. They didn’t do what was on the invoice agreement and charged way more then they was suppose to replace the roof. They charged three time more of the actual cost of the roof. And that’s all they did was the roof. They didn’t do no other replacements or fixes of the damages which they were paid to fix such as fascia, windows, and then messed up my mailbox by backing up their dumpster on top of that and late from the day they were suppose to have did the services. I wouldn’t recommend them one bit.

  "No soliciting" sign at the entrance of my community. Additional "no soliciting" sign at my door, and yet... If you can't read a simple sign, I wouldn't rely on you to inspect my roof.

"Yes, they have been informed about solicitation" and the responsible party will be disciplined for not following the ""No Soliciting" Agreement as acknowledged in their handbook.   I appreciate the level of professionalism and execution from this company. From initial door knock inquiry to roof completion took about a week at the most. Ms. Sonja is very communicative and helpful up to the very end. I'm so happy my roof is finally done and the financing process was easy.

  I had my roof replaced 10 years ago. The service was very quick and the roof has been performing as you would want and expect for a new roof. This year I needed documentation about the roof installation. The response I received from the owner and from Sonja Smith was almost immediate. They provided me with exactly what I needed and requested. The service this company has provided was excellent, from beginning to end.

  That’s the company whose van was towed because they didn’t have money to pay for the tag. Stay away because they seem unserious. I won’t judge their work and I put an average number of stars.

The van you’re referring to was sold to a private party aka former employee over 5 years ago (as pictured parked at a residence). This van was no longer company owned.
