  Hi Greg, First, we apologize for any miscommunication or lack of communication. We are typically successful in overturning denied roof claims. However, this is a process that can take months and sometimes even up to a year to reverse an insurance company's initial decision. It is important to note that all of our efforts toward getting your roof claim fully approved by insurance were complimentary. Unfortunately, some insurance companies are more difficult to work with in this area than others. Again, we're sorry for any miscommunication during this process.

  Called for an estimate. Woman on the phone -Maria, was a bit harsh. We usually gage a company by our initial contact, however needed to get someone out to see the storm damage to our roof which was leaking. Guy calls and we schedule for 12noon the next day, Saturday. No show; then calls at 1pm to say he’ll arrive at 1:30. Wasted time waiting —no preemptive call to advise us of the late arrival. Obviously, our time is not important nor respected—neither was our business.

  Kyle Kerns and the work crew were all very kind, efficient, and solved my roof issues very quickly. They performed work for my Brother last year so he recommended them to me. I am very satisfied with their work and efficiency and will recommend them to everyone I know.

  Just have my roof completed. Andrew was my contact with them. I have been working with him the past 2 years inspecting my roof. He has always been honest and respectful of me and my home. I finally decided this year that it was time to replace it. He was able it provide me with a reasonable quote. Additionally, the new roof was done in a day. I love it. I would highly recommend them.

  If you are replacing a roof, you need to call (Roofing Done Wright) immediately. Our roof was damaged during the hailstorm that hit the Cumming, GA area approximately a month ago. Having to deal with insurance and possibly replacing a roof seemed overwhelming until I met Kyle at Roofing Done Wright. I can't say enough positive things about Kyle and his team. From the initial inspection of the roof all the way through replacing it and cleaning up everything, things could not have gone better. The company's communication and timely response to questions and concerns were exceptional. Again, if you are going to be replacing a roof in the future, you at least need to speak to these people. I know you'll be as impressed as I was.

  Good job and great communication. They provided 3 different price points in their estimate with each having a detailed list of materials and warranty. Aaron Bramlett was my contact and did a great job keeping me updated and handling any issues.

  Excellent experience. They repaired a roof leak on my townhouse and were honest, straightforward, and professional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated that they provided photos of the damaged area and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Highly recommend and this is truly roofing done right!

  As a first time homeowner, committing to my first major home repair was a big deal. I couldn't be more grateful to have worked with Matt Harkins and the team at Roofing Done Wright. Matt helped me every step of the way with diligence and honesty. He explained every step of the process, helped me file a claim with my insurance, was present when the 3rd party adjuster came out, and even gave me great tips on picking a shingle color. Once I was approved for a full replacement by my insurance, we worked together to get the most bang for my insurance bucks. And then, the magic happened. A roofing team swarmed my home at 8:30am, my old roof was stripped, my new roof was installed, and my property was cleared by 2pm!!! My new roof looks fantastic, plus It's been 2 days and I have not found a single nail on the ground. We are thrilled!!! If you need a new roof, just call and ask for Matt. He'll take care of you!!
