  i called and was asking a question, and the lady who answered was Erika she very rude and had a nasty attitude, i dont understand why work if youre just gonna be rude?

  The employees can’t follow directions on a simple sign. I have a sign on my door that says no soliciting, no knocking, yada yada and leave me alone. Lady came up my walkway, read the sign, walked away and came back with a guy and truck with people. They proceeded to knock and wait, and wait, alerting my dogs. Which is why I have the sign. When I opened the door the guy said “ I read your sign but I’m not selling anything but here’s my card.” After I turned away and closed the door because he obviously doesn’t respect my home, I heard him and the lady bust out laughing. So I opened the door and confronted and told them there are sick people in here trying to rest and he tried to act the victim. I shouldn’t have to explain my situation to get some respect. If I can’t trust them to read a sign, how can I trust them to fix a roof.

  They communicated so well, our sales guy Marco did such a great job talking to us and educating us over our roofing options. He let us to let us know what to expect and kept us up to speed on our order. the crew worked so well together, the install took less than a week and they were all so professional.   Rooftech did an amazing job and I would highly recommend working with Adam Rodarte. He handled everything and made sure I understood what was going on and went the extra mile to explain things he didn't have to. He made working with the home insurance people painless and easy. I have not had any issues with my roof and it looks great!
