  Office was closed even though it stated that they oped at 8am i was there at 9am call costumer service rude

  Overall a horrible experience with this company. I dealt with a costumer service rep that promised a lot but followed through with very little. First, I was told the scope of the work done would be about a weeks time. The entire project ended up spanning 8 months. Second, at the very beginning of the project I had specified that I wanted a service report done with pictures of damaged areas and how repairs were made. I was told that I would received such report and by the end of the project I was told "unfortunately we don't do that". Third, the quality of work is sub standard. There are areas where the top membrane is already lifting off the roof, mortar around the tiles was unfinished, membrane around the scuppers were cut without being properly sealed, and there is an extremely soft spot in an area of the roof that had known water damage. A supervisor came out to inspect the job for himself and was contradicting in his arguments. He told me that in a flat roof system the main point of failure is the area around the scuppers and then said the cuts in the membranes around the scuppers are no concern. Then, after showing him the soft area in the roof he told me that its normal but advised me not to step on that spot. If the roof was repaired correctly there should be no area in the roof that can't be stepped on. Last, this company only sent in sub-contractors to repair my roof. None of their own employees, which I'm sure drove up the price of my contract. I am not a haggler and I paid for this roof UPFRONT and in FULL, it just seems to me that this company tried to take advantage of having an upfront payment instead of insuring quality work.

  Edited review....Sooo....yes the roof looks nice...but less than a year and we have leaks...trying to get someone out to look at it from all star roofing is impossible. We are still under warranty but no one in sight to fix our 1 year roof! Maybe this will trigger them to call me back! Disappointed 😞

  Over priced for roofing services. The workers left a mess after the work was done. Sales manager Manny said they would leave my yard clean once the work was finished, that was far from the truth. There were tons of nails in my front and back yard. The workers used my water hose in the back yard and tightened it so much it was impossible to remove so I had to cut my water hose off to even attempt to remove the rest of the hose. I regret doing business with them.

  I used this company to fixed my roof in March 2021. I was owed a refund and it is now almost 4 months later and I called numerous of times and I kept getting it is in the mail response. They owe me money and it seems like I am a burden to them for asking for my own money. Very unprofessional. I called the main office the salesperson and the project manager and they still not paid me my money. I would recommend finding another company. They were on time to pick you the check but not for my money. Update: I still have not received my money. I was told in order to receive my overpayment back that I had to remove this review and sign documents that stated that I could not EVER post a negative review about their company or they could take legal actions against me. I refused and that is why I have not received my money. I have a right to post any review I want about my experience with this company whether it is good or bad. I have text messages and emails to proof this. I just wanted my money back and they took this to a whole different level over this review. Trying to bully me instead into removing my review to receive what is rightfully mine. I had to contact Fox News to get my money back in 2022. I was not going to let then get away with taking my hard earned money. Google it if you don't believe me. They could not deny I was a customer. I still stand with saying do not use them. This company needs to do better. I forgot to update my review, so now I am.

  They are quick to open a claim and run when they have to do anything extra other than a quick job… don’t waste your time!!! They promised the world and never followed up.

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Rick uses deceptive and misleading business practices. He is unreasonable overly aggressive. Fox News had to investigate this place for a reason in 2022. Look it up. Edit (Response to the business reply below): No need to apologize for the way I feel I’m definitely not sorry about it. You need to be sorry about the way Rick behaves. I do not understand how someone like him is allowed to run a business or be in contact with other customers. He needs to be further investigated and face both professional and legal consequences.

  Got a quote on Saturday 05/04/24. We were looking for an honest roofing company. The manager that came out tried to tell me that we had hail damage then changed to wind damage. I contacted a total of 6 companies only 2/6 were dishonest such as this one. Was advised the entire roof had to be changed and that the overhangment wood underneath the home (soffits) could not be replaced unless the roof was replaced. The manager stated we could file a claim through our homeowners insurance which would most likely get "approved". The video that was taken was shown to me and just stated why my roof needed to be replaced and that my insurance company was renound for denying claims and "was pulling out of Texas" and how they could make sure the claim was approved. The other companies provided quotes of general maintence and a partial roof replacement over our sunroom. They were able to perform general maintenance on the roof and was well under Allstar's quote of $22,000 since "the roof was affected by wind". Overall we appreciate companies that were honest however this company was not.

  the work these guys do is special. even though it was 102 degrees when they came to fix my roof, they kept it moving and finished even faster than i expected. for the quality of work the value for the price is unmatched. recommend ⭐️

  When I was looking for a roofing contractor in El Paso last week, i just wanted someone who was no BS straight to the point to do a roof repair for me and these guys definitely delivered on that.

  So I have five star roofing come out give me an estimate and fix a piece of my gutter and they did really fantastic job Daniel Torres was great. He explained everything to detail and took care of the problems that I had and I was here right on time like you said it would be so I would recommend them for any roof repair or gutter systems.
