  Purchased shingles and supplies for a total of $1251.65. Unfortunately, the shingles were not what was needed, however, went back the following morning (not even 24 hours after) to return and exchange for the correct material, plus, purchased additional supplies. To my surprise, they still charged a 10% restocking fee. I called to see if they would refund the restocking fee since the transaction was less than 24 hours later but the supervisor Erica and manager Rachel refused to be considered or understanding. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!

  I just want to file a complaint. Yesterday I went to buy some things and asked about the price of something, and this woman answered me very rudely. They should have better service at that store. Her name is Daniela. Very bad service.

  I was just there this morning to get some prices and information. I stood in front of three very comfortably seated ladies who were just too busy with their conversation to stop and ask why I happened to be standing there. After a while I left and went somewhere else.

  Excellent service, the staff are friendly and helpful. I've been several times and have been served by a young woman named Lluvia, Daniela, and Erika. They are all kind, and the service arrived quickly and on time. The drivers also treated me very well when they arrived.

  The white Lucas roof coating sure did the job. We used less electricity in June and July year over year. We purchased the primer and Lucas roof coatings from the El Paso store. The staff did the calculations for me.
