  I had this company out to do a small roof repair in 2024. They were non communicative and left the property full of nails and roofing materials. Although, the leak did stop. Recently, animals have been accessing my attic. Had to hire a different contractor to come out because the workers didn’t install a flashing and there was a hole allowing access to the inside of my house. Buyer beware if you choose this company.

  Hello Anni, we are so sorry to hear of your bad experience. We were in contact with your property manager and was given a key to access your property. We were informed from your property manager that you would be notified of our arrival, 24 hours, in advance to your residence to inspect a leak you've reported to them. In order for us to repair the leak in your home, we would need access during business hours. We were unable to inspect the leak in the time frame you gave us. In order to have the leak repaired quickly before further damage had occurred, we need access as soon as possible. If you have any question or further input please give us a call at 402-281-2891. Again sorry for the misunderstanding.

  Company is a scam. Overcharges and takes advantage of people. Doesn't follow laws or do work properly. Then will try and take your house by putting lien on your house if you don't pay them for the terrible work they do. Workers are here on a visa and not professional workers. Do not use this company or you will regret it.

  Service was excellent! We needed some shingle replaced after heavy wind. I contacted Jeff Managh, and we had the roof inspected and shingles repairs 5 days later! Would recommend!

  Rooforia worked with us from start to finish during a timeframe where supply was an issue. The process definitely took longer than any of us expected. Regardless, Rooforia was responsive to our feedback and stuck to it, even offering alternative solutions when our original plan was not working out. It was obvious that it was very important to them that upon completion we were 100% satisfied with the work completed. They really wanted us to love it. Would definitely recommend them to those in need of new siding and/or gutters. We also intend to work with them on a roof replacement in the coming year.

  Incredibly well done repair on my roof. Workers showed when they said they would and performed the repair far exceeding my expectations and in a timely manner. Was tested the same night with a good storm and one additional storm since. Passed with flying colors!
