  This photo shows in great detail where the 30 year old skylight seal has failed and leaked inside the opening of the skylight as opposed to on the backside of the drywall which would create a dark brown/orange circular or puddle like stain. New skylights were refused at the time of the estimate due to cost and we were willing to replace them free of charge until being sent an almost $6,000 “remediation” estimate/bill for work that is unnecessary.

  This is a new roof with two 30 year old skylights as you can see from the pictures you posted. Skylights were recommended to be replaced at time of estimate but were refused due to extra cost. We even offered to replace the old leaking skylights FREE of charge until being sent and expected to pay an almost $6,000 “remediation” bill that is not even necessary for water leaking through the inside of the skylight due to failing seals and never making it into the attic space which would indicate an actual roof issue as opposed to failing skylights.

  Nov. 12th 2025, had a truck in Manchester, blow a stop sign going almost 20 miles over the speed limit. Very lucky this guy didn't severely hurt someone, as downtown Manchester is a hot zone for traffic and for people walking on the sidewalks.

  Today, this companies driver opted to park is big rig with a bed attached across a least 7 parking spaces at a packed doctors office. He could have parked the rig at a lot farther out and picked up his friend when when they were done at the door, but this type of cognitive thinking was TOO much today. Why would you take up so much space at a packed medical facility and your never even leaving the rig? Selfishness is all I can think. Hopefully this company has more logical thinking in the work they do. *company replied with more unprofessionalism. Your big rig would include the very large truck and very large trailer your hauling. I would personally call something that is 3 times the Length of a standard car a big rig. Again, your company choose to take the only available parking at a medical facility to simply sit in said BIG RIG. Bottom line is, please go somewhere else if you have issues with them. Whole situation unprofessional and wouldn't trust that working on my home.

  These should be your roof guys as well! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Roofman, especially JT and Lucas From the very beginning, they came out, walked me through the entire process, and helped me submit my insurance claim. They were present during the adjuster inspection, met with the adjuster on site, and helped advocate throughout the entire claim process Everything was seamless from start to finish The roofing crew showed up as scheduled and did an outstanding job. They completed a full tear off and replacement of my roof, including replacing rotted wood, all in the same day. The cleanup was immaculate you would hardly know they had been there other than the beautiful new roof My roof was nearly 50 squares (49.7 squares), so this was no small project. The gutters were installed a few days later, and that process went just as smoothly with no issues whatsoever. The final walkthrough looked great, and JT and Lucas continued to help with paperwork and answer questions through the completion of the project. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I always knew what was happening and what to expect next If you’re considering a new roof, I highly recommend Roofman. JT and Lucas made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. Five star service from a five-star company

  Had roof replaced in 2020… outstanding and made repairs we didn’t realize we needed at no extra charge. (Truss plates missing nails causing roof to sag…) love my roof!

  I can’t say enough positive things about this company!!! I found I had a leak on Friday afternoon. But I had a lot of trouble finding a company that would come out Monday morning. From the customer service folks I spoke to this morning (Monday) to Lucas who appeared at my door 90 minutes later, I cannot thank you enough. I know who I will be calling when I need my roof replaced in a few years. Thank you, thank you - I am still amazed by your level of care and service.
