  The sales guy spent about 30 minutes snapping photos of my house for a siding quote. We spoke first and then I let him walk around my house on his own. - No quote. No call back. - They might do a great job, but without a quote, they get one star for not following through.

  Mr roof installed a roof and now there is water seeping into my house they were paid for n entire roof and did not add a runoff for water causing the water to drip into the foundation of the house.

  Buyer beware they will you say interest free for six years but it’s 9.5 for ten years very disappointed in this company took advantage of a 70 year old women

  If I could give them a 0 rating I would. From my initial install, the crew threw my gutters away, which was not part of the deal and I had to pay for new gutters. I’ve had multiple issues with leaks. One specific area has been multiple times and it’s still not fixed. This is six years later. I have outreached again to Mr. Roof and it’s been three days with no follow up regarding time frame for someone to come out. I have had to replace my kitchen ceiling area twice so far and will again have to pay to have it fixed.

  I initially thought highly of Mr. Roof, but my experience left my family and me feeling misled. Even after the installation, we were still finding debris from the old roof around our home, which raised concerns about the quality of the cleanup. We paid in full, believing we were receiving a complete and professional service. Unfortunately, our gutters were not reinstalled in their original position, which led to water drainage issues and eventually caused flooding in our basement. Some gutters are still loose and falling off. We were under the impression that new gutters were included, but later found out that keeping the old gutters was considered part of the “discount.” That was never clearly communicated upfront. When I reached out to have these issues addressed, it took over a week to receive a response, and I was ultimately told there was nothing they could do. Had we known the full scope of what was and wasn’t included, we would have continued exploring other options. While the staff was friendly, the lack of transparency and follow-through is very concerning. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions and getting everything in writing before committing.

  Mr. Roof replaced my roof December 20, 2005. December 21st, I noticed some discoloration of my kitchen ceiling. I’ve only had my home for a little over a year and a half, so I thought perhaps this discoloration has been here all along and I’ve just never noticed it. December 22nd, there was a full on WET HOLE in my kitchen ceiling. Again - never any issues until this point, this is a new, wet hole - this is obviously a roof issue. They sent my foreman out who had done the job, Eric, to inspect the inside of my attic. He said there is no evidence of a leak - I have photos showing otherwise. Even though it is mid February, they still have yet to send a city inspector or one of their own to come out and look at the work. When I signed the contract I was told someone would come out within two weeks - it’s been two MONTHS. I have contacted the city on my own since Mr Roof refuses to do the work they promised. Do not use this company - in addition to having holes in your ceiling, they’ll leave tar on porch and shingles all over your yard. Two months later and I’m still cleaning up after them.

  Our new roof looks great! Our sales representative Matthew Young was extremely knowledgeable about a variety of roofing products. Detailed explanations of options, and spot on with other companies comparison quotes (I got other quotes prior). The installation team was friendly and hard working. It was a full tear off with a complete second story roof deck replacement ( that won’t ever happen again with the great ventilation system they installed). They were in and out with a full cleanup in a day. Exposed windows and AC compressor were protected as were the shrubs. We’re very happy with our new roof, and the warranty. Thanks guys!

  They were great from start to finish. Mr. Ray, came out, gave us our estimate, was never pushy, and always answered when we had a question. The crew that put on the roof worked hard all day (sun up to sun down), communicated well, cleaned up after they were done, and the roof looks fantastic.

  Mr. Roof did a complete tear off and replace in one day. The sales representative Shelly, was very clear and informative of the pricing, product, and procedure. The crew that came out was very considerate of property and surrounding area. The team was very efficient and effective. Everything from the sale, processing of in house financing, to completion of job as well as follow up inspections by Mr.Roof as well as city of Detroit was very impressive. I thank all of you for your kindness, workmanship and support throughout this project. Great Job. Highly recommend.

  The inspector was knowledgeable and seemed to know I was not interested in a sales pitch nor being up-sold. The roofing crew was efficient and knew it was a big job, so they arrived early and finished at dusk. The crew chief communicated well and answered my questions.
