  Perhaps it is because my jobs are leaks, not a roof replacement, but I have used them several times to fix leaks in our commercial roof, and every time I call, it takes them at least several weeks to up to a month just to come and look at the job. I call back asking where they are, and I just hear about how "swamped" they are. Ok, maybe then you should either hire more people, or just say up front that you can't do my small job, and refer me elsewhere. Anyway this last time was the last straw, I am going elsewhere with our business. And if it turns out I need a new roof, that will be their loss. I am sure this company does good work, but they need to review their service procedures to avoid losing more customers. Perhaps they don't need/want new customers because they are so "swamped" all the time.

  This company is top notch! They are very transparent about pricing and the project process. They are punctual, efficient, and polite. They replaced my shingled roofs and updated my flat roof. They worked quietly and respectfully. They left my property spotless, and my roofs (house and garage) look great.

  My gutters were leaking and Ben came out to investigate. I found out that although I had them cleaned they were still plugged. He cleaned out the spot for me at no charge. I really appreciate all of his work.
