  We are confused by your review and have reached out a few times to try to resolve the issue. It is true that there isn't anything structurally wrong with your roof. As we explained the leaking is due to old shingles, which is why we recommended getting your roof replaced. In addition, we recommended getting insulation put under the roof in order to prevent ice from building up and damaging your roof. In our conversations, we did not indicate that getting insulation would solve your leak problem and recommended that you do both at the same time. You opted to only do insulation which you had done by another contractor and is why leaking is still an issue. We would like the opportunity to discuss things further with you; if you could call us back at your earliest convenience we would appreciate it.

  Great company to work with. They replaced the roof quickly and were very organized. They made sure to protect all the deck furniture, etc and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly recommend.

  I’m glad I chose Roof Advance. From the start of the process Dominic the project manager was professional, patient attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he was always available to be reached if I had a question or concern. I had my home and barn re-roofed, my front fascia repaired and a new front gutter installed. Hector and his crew are very experienced and did a great job. They left my property neat and clean. Hector even made a repair that was not included as part of the original project. My limited dealing with the office was also smooth. Thanks for a great job Roof Advance!

  Needed a new roof so I got several quotes. It is important to me to understand the details of any purchase so I feel like I'm making the right decision. Dominic at Roof Advance was the most professional and honest by far. He took the time to explain what we needed, what our options were, how they would do the work and why they do the work they way they do. Fair pricing and not the least bit pushy. I ended up with new decking, shingles, insulation, gutters and gutter guards. They showed up on time and did what they said they would. I would recommend Dominic and Roof Advance to anyone!

  Our experience with this company was excellent. In just one day, they completely redid our roof, including replacing the plywood, installing new shingles, and replacing the roof insulation.   I would highly recommend Roof Advance if you are looking for roof installation. They were the only company that I truly felt comfortable with. I worked with Jakob and he was honest about the condition of my roof and attic. He didn't try to sell something that I didn't need. He pointed out what should be addressed but wasn't pushy at all, like the others. The crew that installed the roof were so nice and worked very hard! They were on time, courteous, kept me in the loop on progress, protected the house and landscaping and did a wonderful cleanup! I am very pleased with my roof and attic repairs and install and who I chose to do it!
