  Had Austin come out to give an estimate on siding, gutters and windows. He took all the measurements and he wanted to talk to Scott and get back to me. Never heard of them even after emails and leaving voicemails.

  I want to start by saying that I am not a customer of GoTo Roofing. My neighbor is a customer of this company. The reason I'm writing this review is because GoTo Roofing did not clean up after themselves. They left my yard with plastic and roofing material all over. My house was built the same year as my neighbors and I will likely be replacing my roof within a few years, I don't think I will be using this company. As far as performance of job, the neighbors new roof looks great and the job was completed within a few days, so that's impressive. I just wish they would have respected the area around them, and not limited themselves to only cleaning what fell in the customers yard.

  It was time for a new roof. I met Austin at the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Ann Arbor expo at the Washtenaw County Fairgrounds. Got a few quotes and the quote from GoTo was comparable for this area (I might even go so far as to say it was better than that). Everything from start to finish was great. The crew arrived on time, was quick with getting the work done, and did a perfect job cleaning up the site. The roof itself has a great warranty and looks fabulous. Highly recommend their services.

  We have used GoTo Roofing for many years. We bring them out to all of our jobs and they tackle everything from patching roofs on remodels, to timing in the new roofs on our additions. The front office staff are always great and their management and crews make sure our projects get dried-in in a timely manner. They have handled some of our most challenging tie-ins and our biggest and most complicated metal roof jobs. We can always count on the team at GTR to work with us and their relationship is part of the teamwork that brings our projects to completion.

  These guys were great. Very knowledgeable at the assessment time, and nicely detailed at the time of repairs. This was for wood trim around a very high chimney. The lead was a clear and thorough communicator. He gave updates during the job and a recap after. They cleaned up nicely, and seemed to have fun during the work too. Top notch.

  They came at at 6:53 AM and didn’t leave until 9:30 PM. Needed board replacements. Plus 3 small skylights replaced. Very pleased with results. Roof was 28 yrs old and in bad need of replacement. It was a lot of work! Can recommend.

  Hassan, was great coming out with a drone to look at my roof. He was professional and did a great job explaining things. Justin was great with his communication and keeping me informed. Great price and they did an amazing job. I will look to them in the future to do my siding on my house.

  Thanks to GO TO ROOFING. So glad I met your company at the Jackson home show. You worked with me and provided great information to help me make a decision. Your work ethic and dedication is appreciated and not found in all companies. My roof was completely done in one day removing all the bad wood and shingles in one day. I finally didn't have to worry about leaks in my kitchen ceiling. Thanks to Austin, Daniel and Scottie for everything.

  In 2025 we had this company replace our siding and gutters. The owner himself came out to give us a quote for their service. The price was very competitive and the professional way he took us through the work to be done was outstanding in every aspect. This year we had a new roof installed and his son mirrored the professionalism this company has. We would highly recommend Barnett to anyone looking to use their services and deal with such a great company.

  Everyone at this office is so incredibly kind and always responds promptly to my questions! They were able to get my roof done on short notice last summer so I wouldn’t have a lapse in homeowners insurance, were reasonably priced for an extensive project, and did such an amazing job. Cannot recommend this team enough!

  Scott, Steve and the folks at GoTo are really great folks. I had them do a new roof on a house I bought as I moved to the state and the roof went on well. They were able to remedy a lack of ventilation with the replacement, as well as fix some degraded decking and add proper flashing for my chimney. When I did have a leak pop up in the spring, they were able to come out and resolve that, as well as inform me about issues with the chimney bricks that contributed to the issue. They even were able to suggest a good mason to me to follow up with regarding the brick work. Overall, they're priced well, use good materials, do prompt and quality work, stand behind their work, and even go the extra step to inform the customer about other issues needing resolved. I'll definitely be reaching out to these guys in the future for windows, doors and siding. Very quality company!
