  I would not recommend Rapid Roofing based on our experience. We hired them for a major roofing project, and after the work was completed, we began dealing with issues that have now resulted in exterior AND interior damage to our home. They returned multiple times, but the problem was not properly resolved and, in our experience, communication has been very poor. At times, we have had difficulty getting a response, which is extremely frustrating after paying for such a large project. For a roof, trust, workmanship, communication, and accountability are very important. Based on what we have experienced so far, we do not feel Rapid Roofing has provided that. I will update this review if additional damage is discovered, and I will also update it if Rapid Roofing provides a legitimate repair and takes proper accountability. At this point, we are documenting the damages, conversations written and verbally, requesting warranty information, and considering all available options to get this resolved ASAP. You know this house and the issues we’ve been having. You bet your prompt review response we are going to give you a call daily till resolved. Looking forward to a proper action here forward. Thanks for damaging our home.

  Overall bad experience..Roof leaked in two places 3days after installation. Difficulty with Patrick to cooperate. Signed up for Leaffilter and was later told they do nat have that system. Gutters leaked on the facia. Brent Miller was the person who corrected things. Patrick said he was the district manager but was very abrasive.

  I contracted Rapid Roofing as a recommendation from one of my friends to do a roof replacement in my property. My roof was replaced back on 09/27/2024. I have been very unhappy with the results, to start they arrived 4hrs late to start my roof which led into less hrs for them to do the job, the result a mess. Be aware that they didn't perform an entire tear off even though it is part of the contract, reason they said it is a standard practice to leave previous shingles. As a next step, they damaged my property, including wood fascias and gutters. They covered their mistakes with caulking and bolts. The shingle installation in a couple of valleys is concerning since there is a huge gap in which ice and water can go freely. This is the typical story of a company that treats you kindly so that you sign only with them. After you sign, they totally change their attitude. Part of my decision to have them replace my roof was the warranty they offer, which it is absolutely useless. After 2 months the company’s is absolutely non-response, I sent an email per their instructions, called weekly and even visited their office, the response to my request to fix their mistakes is that this is not a priority for them, how could you said this to a customer? Do yourself a favor and look for a company that has values and respect for their customers.

  ***BEWARE: EXTREMELY PUSHY*** [Update re the response: 1) They were NOT recommended by my insurance company. I don't know where they're getting that from. 2) They wanted me to sign the A&U form AND work with my insurance company BEFORE I had chosen them as my contractor. That's not how things work! I do need to get a couple of estimates before I can pick the contractor that I want to formally work with my insurance. But they didn't even accept that. I asked them what if there was no insurance involved and I wanted to just replace my roof and pay out of pocket, what would the estimate be? They refused to even give a ballpark number, and said if they give me an estimate and I choose someone else, they'd have wasted their time on me, so it's either sign a commitment right away or nothing. Unbelievable! TOTAL SCAM, NO QUESTION.] I called them for their "free no-strings-attached" estimate. They came on time. However, they insisted that they won't look at the roof before I sign a commitment that they're the company I'll pick to work with my insurance. When I mentioned that doesn't make any sense and that I need to know a couple of estimates before I can commit to one contractor, they just said they won't proceed and left. Such a waste of time, stay away from this company. Clearly seems like a scam.

  Mahdi, We appreciate your feedback about your experience, but we are certainly not a scam. We've been in the roofing industry for over 25 years and we have hundreds of satisfied customers who have hired us to represent them on insurance claims and from our understanding, you were recommended to us by your insurance provider as well. Our salesperson explained to you that insurance claims involve a lot of work and time to accurately assess damage caused by a storm event. You were also informed that your existing insurance estimate for the damages resulting from the storm event was not complete and that numerous items were missed and that it would need to be re-evaluated before we move forward. We did not demand a signature, but tried to explain to you that for us to work on an insurance claim and advocate on your behalf, it requires a lot of additional work and hence is why we asked you to sign the A&U form so we can work with your insurance company to get everything covered. Without the signed A&U form, we don't have the legal right to speak to your insurance company and work on your behalf to change the insurance estimate so that it covers all of the items needed to get things fixed correctly.

  I contracted Rapid Roofing to install gutter guards and have been very unhappy with the results and the company’s non-response to my feedback. Bottom line: the guards do not infiltrate sufficient levels of water into the gutter system resulting in unacceptable and annoying streams of water pouring over the gutters to the ground (or on my head or down my collar). The “explanations” offered include (a) you need larger gutters, (b) your roof surface is too large for the system to handle, and (c) roof grit - all of which SHOULD have been scoping issues, not post install/post payment disclosures.

  After a week still no estimate. Salesperson wanted to know what work other contractors were doing rather than just bidding the job. Excuses included that they were busy and that's why they didn't call

  We did call you back and inquired as to the scope and extent of work you were looking for. The building is in poor condition and my inquiries were to understand what exactly you wanted done. Your bid was emailed out and kicked back by our email system as undeliverable. I’m happy to go over it with you in person as it is very detailed.

  Update July 17: The company representative reached out to apologize for the misunderstandings. I added 2 more stars because the roof turned out amazing and I respect that they reached out to me. Earlier in July: The workmanship on my roof is actually very good!So I want to give credit where it’s due. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service completely overshadowed the quality of the installation. There was a misunderstanding regarding the insurance/payment process that ultimately left me owing an unexpected amount. I’m not writing this because I expected the company to absorb that cost afterwards, I understand misunderstandings happen. My disappointment comes from how I was treated when I tried to discuss it and if there was anything we could do since the misunderstanding was on both ends. Instead of anyone acknowledging that the situation was confusing or simply saying, “I’m sorry this happened,” every person I spoke with became defensive and snippy. I understood it was a misunderstanding. I simply wanted someone to recognize my frustration and treat me with a little empathy. My basement window was also cracked during installation. But because it’s my word against theirs, my representative didn’t address it. I was so upset about owing thousands of dollars unexpectedly, I just let it go. In my experience, Rapid Roofing handled the conflict poorly. The roof itself looks great, but the customer service after the sale was disappointing.
