After hail, they handled my insurance paperwork. Communication was constant, price matched the estimate, and the tarp job held through heavy rain.

We needed a full roof replacement on our older home and I was nervous about surprises and hidden costs. They explained the options clearly, helped us pick an architectural shingle style that matched the neighborhood, and walked me through warranty and financing without any weird sales talk. The install was organized, on schedule, and the roof looks great from the street. I’d hire them again without hesitation.

Had a slow leak showing up as a brown spot on my ceiling. Roofing the Villages came out fast, found a couple of loose shingles and a bad seal around a vent, and fixed it the same week. No pressure to replace anything. The crew was polite, cleaned up every nail, and the office kept me updated the whole time.

We have a beach house in The Villages. We had a leak that we thought only required a roof repair, but ended up needing a full replacement. After several calls and quotes we liked Roofing the Villages New Image and Paula. Professional and efficient service. Very pleased and would recommend them. Thanks!

New Image Roofing just did our roof ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paula was absolutely amazing. Everything ran smooth from beginning to end, the entire process took less than two weeks. The crew was here at 7am and did mine by 3! Not only were they clean and polite but they had the best price when compared to 3-4 other companies. I would DEFINITELY use them again! Top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
