  Roofing services Now called and I sent them a picture and gave them information. They promised an estimate but it never came. I can not recommend them since they are not reliable.

  Mr Carlson we spoke to you the first time on 3/19 around 4pm. It takes us up to 72 business hours to provide an estimate. Today, at the time of you leaving this review is about 48 hours so it is unreasonable for you to leave us a bad review about this.   I had an outstanding experience with Roofing Services Now from start to finish. Luis, the technician and co-owner, took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of my roof and provided a detailed video walkthrough so I could see everything for myself. What impressed me most was his honesty—he never tried to sell me services I didn't need. Instead, he listened to my concerns, offered practical solutions, and provided proactive recommendations to help maintain my roof for years to come. The entire team, including Carol and Joan, maintained excellent communication throughout the process. When severe weather and flood warnings caused a delay in my original appointment, they kept me informed every step of the way and communicated the changes promptly. After the repairs were completed by another technician, Luis returned personally as the project manager to inspect the work and ensure it met the company's standards for quality and safety. That level of follow-through and accountability is rare. The payment process was also seamless, with multiple payment options available. They even offered third-party financing with 0% interest options, which I appreciated, even though I didn't need to use it. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, transparency, communication, and customer service provided by Roofing Services Now.   Luis Buitron and his team went above and beyond to provide an experience that exceeded all expectations. He provided solutions for all of our needs and gave us plenty of options at very reasonable prices. We never felt pressured to make a decision we were not comfortable making. On installation day, Luis was present throughout the process, providing materials and guidance for the very industrious crew. They made necessary adjustments during the installation that increased the quality of the roof and did not interrupt the installation process. The job was anticipated to require two days to complete, but Luis and his team completed it in one day. We are extremely thankful for a company who, from start to finish, dealt honestly and with integrity. I highly recommend Roofing Services Now and will use them for future roofing needs.

  Luis and the team were excellent! We had a significant number of roofing defects coming in to our new home. It was only when Roofing Now came and performed an honest, comprehensive inspection did we understand how far beyond a simple leak from rain we actually had.
