Roofing Rascals and Construction Llc

The only one or two-star review we hold for Roofing Rascals and Construction Llc.

This is an update from less than a year ago. This review was initially a 5 star review see below. Since the roof completion, a support beam for the covered patio was found to be wood rotted for most of a 12" width support beam. Prior to the roof being replaced I was told that all the flashing would be replaced. After getting 5 quotes and talking to roofing professionals, they all agreed that this would have happened if the flashing was installed properly. Robert Williams and Cory Painter were the owners of Roofing Rascals at the time of installation. Cory is no longer involved with the Company. Robert dodged my calls for weeks, then sent his subcontractor out to assess the issue. He offered to fix the issue for a price. After additional text messages and phone calls, Robert did manage to send a JPEG of the insurance company so my insurance company could file a claim. I was told that if there were ever any problems that they would warranty the work. I can't even get them to come to the house to evaluate the problem. I guess a person's word and a company guarantee for this company is worthless. Please realize this is a warning and I would not use them again. The main reason I went with them is Cory is a veteran and as a disabled veteran myself, I thought I was doing the right thing. Please learn from my experience. Roofing Rascals were excellent to deal with. Very easy going, explained everything from start to finish in terms I could understand. Took all the mystery out of the claim information from the insurance company. I had concerns on several issues regarding the roof. The concerns were discussed and resolved with no arguing involved. I learned quite a bit. Some of the issues were from prior existing conditions. Having pre and post photos really helped. Very professional and likeable, would highly recommend, if you want to take the worry out of having a new roof put on.

They did a great job, honored their estimate even though the work was slightly different than we initially expected and gave me recommendations for contractors to handle other things that need to be done. The roof work their team did …

Roofing Rascals completed excellent work on my home. Robert and Cory are very professional and great to work with. They made the entire process easier than I could have ever imagined. Their team completed my 2300sqft home + detached garage in 1 day. Great clean up by their team, looking at my yard and drive you couldn’t even tell they had been there.

These guys show up when they say they will, offer sound advice and options. They aren’t trying to price gouge or sell you something that you don’t need. They are timely with work and keep you informed every step of the way. They will be my first call for any roofing need, and I recommend that they be your first call too. EDIT 4/22/25: After the recent tornado that went through damaged the house, the insurance inspector came out to do his inspection. The inspector was on the roof and said "whoever did this roof did a phenomenal job, this is the way a roof should be installed".

Roofing Rascals did an excellent job. All their crews were wonderful and cleaned up behind themselves and the lead people were pleasant to deal with and worked very well with my insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone.

Take a chance on this new roofing business. They made the whole process from start to finish easy and stress free, especially the initial insurance claim. They handled it all. Impressively professional and willing to go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone.
