  My roof was replaced and some decking replaced by ICS Roofing less than a year ago. I noticed humps and dips on the roof in the front of the house and the back. I contacted ICS 4-5 weeks ago and they did send someone out. After I did not hear back from them I contacted ICS again and was told they had someone else that needed to come and they did. The 2 gentlemen they sent out, inspected the roof and the attic again and before they left I was confident they were going to take care of the issue. I did not hear back from ICS so I called them. I was given a name and phone number and was told he was who I needed to speak with . I called Mike and was told that they installed the roof properly and had no idea why the roof was doing that. That they are not responsible for what happens to the roof after they install it. My problem not theirs.

  After seeing several people suggest ICS on Facebook, I called them Tuesday morning 10/3 and left my name & number. No call back, so I called the next morning and Micah said they would be out that day or the next. Never called or showed up. Not sure why they didn't show, but wanted to post this to inform others.

  ICS Roofing is a wonderful company to work with. They responded promptly and kept in communication throughout the process of getting a new roof installed. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or came in contact with at my house was friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

  Taylor with ICS Roofing was excellent. He was patient and very thorough in his analysis and explained the status of the roof very well. I have his card for any future issues and will definitely call him. What a relief to find trustworthy, competent people with whom to do business-that is a real blessing to me!!

  I Had a leak in my roof. They came out and assessed the situation gave me a price to fix it which was very reasonable. They came out a couple days later and fixed it just like they said they would and it looks great. Taylor was great, kept us informed, answered all are questions (and I had a lot of questions). I highly recommend ICS.

  ICS Roofing did an excellent job. My house has never looked better. The work was quality and the price was right. All through the process there was good communication from the office and Taylor, my representative. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof replacement.
