Replacing a roof after 1 year is unheard of and this is not how we do business. Please email me the contract so we will know the customer name and address.   In early March of 2023 I received wind damage to my roof and chimney. I selected Roof Tech Solutions to perform the work and was quoted $17,640 for the roofing repair and $2250 for the chimney repair. I was generally pleased with the roof and the speed the job was completed. Had it been my only interaction with Roof Tech, I would be leaving a 4 or 5 star review. Unfortunately, it is everything that happened (and didn’t happen) with my chimney repair that forces me to leave a negative review. I would recommend that you avoid this contractor based on my experience. I signed two contracts on March 24. The roof was completed on March 31. It was not until May 25 that the contractor arrived to do the repair on my chimney. The sales representative (initials B.B.) told me that they needed an additional $400 dollars as their subcontractor had charged more than anticipated and that my chimney crown still needed to be repaired but he needed a different subcontractor for that. I inquired about the cost and was told “a couple hundred” and this was repeated to me numerous times. Between May 25 and Aug 14 I made numerous phone calls and sent multiple txt messages and each time I was told that the subcontractor was completely backed up but that it was expected to be finished soon. On Aug 14 I called B.B. and expressed my frustration. He stated “if you feel like you need to hire someone else to finish the job, I completely understand”. At this point, I called the owner, Mr. Mike Raby and explained my displeasure with the time it was taking to finish my repair. He said he would get to the bottom of it and call me back. Two days later B.B. called and said he had a different subcontractor lined up and that the work was going to be an additional $1750. I told Mr. Raby that it was unacceptable that after almost 5 months of waiting and being told that it would only be a couple hundred more, they wanted almost double the original quote.   We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Roof Tech Solutions, and especially with Scott Edwards, who served as the project manager for our renovation converting a screened patio into a finished sunroom/media room. From start to finish, Scott and the Roof Tech Solutions team were reliable, professional, timely, and true to their word. They did what they said they would do, communicated well throughout the project, and delivered fantastic quality workmanship. It’s refreshing to work with a contractor who follows through on commitments and takes pride in the finished product. Scott did an excellent job managing the project and making sure everything came together as expected. The attention to detail and overall quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and we are extremely pleased with the finished space. We would absolutely recommend Roof Tech Solutions and Scott Edwards to anyone considering a renovation or home improvement project. More importantly, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future project of our own. A+ experience, fantastic work quality, and a team we highly recommend! Dixie and Charles Lee

  Quality & Professional "Excellent service from start to finish. Mike at Roof Tech Solutions answered all my questions promptly and provided a detailed, fair estimate. The crew arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and completed the work efficiently and correctly. Since insurance would not cover the hail damage on my 20-year-old roof, I also included fence repairs and painting for my living room. Damien, the project manager, did an outstanding job overseeing every project. He stayed in constant communication and shared valuable knowledge throughout the process. I’m very glad I chose Roof Tech Solutions for my roof replacement and additional work. I highly recommend them and will gladly call them again for future projects. The workmanship was fantastic."

  Scott and team have done a wonderful job of facilitating the entire roof replacement process. From initial inspections to dealing with the insurance adjusters on my behalf. Very painless and highly recommended for others looking for a seamless, and timely, roofing service. Immensely professional group, done in less than 1 1/2 days.
