  Will lie to you , to your face about issues! Are like car sales men , won't leave your house when you tell them NO!! They pressure you into signing a agreement. Don't do it! Awful bunch of people..

  I Regret the day I called AFS. We’ve been dealing with them since June when the inspector came out and our issues still aren’t resolved. The inspector, Ben Worsham, came out and gave us an estimate for floor supports and encapsulation. It was a lot of money but they have a good reputation so we thought it would be worth it. We were very wrong. They crew that came to begin with didn’t complete the job correctly even when questioned about why they weren’t setting the supports according to the drawing Ben had given us. All the encapsulated areas we could see clearly were fine but when we were in the crawl space running new electrical the rest of it looked awful. There were unlevel supports, gaps in encapsulation, they did not touch the main area that needed support even though it was on the drawing and no one would give me an answer as to why. The foreman just told me that with all the other supports in that area would be fine. It still wasn’t level so I’m not sure how he thought that would work out. When we discovered the issues we called AFS to fix it. It took two weeks and multiple phone calls for anyone to get back with me. After a new inspector came (an hour and a half late with no apology) and a no show crew (for which I never got an explanation or an apology), they did finally come and address the issues. There was one area of our home that we were told was inaccessible when the crew was finished (the first crew realized this too but didn’t tell us) and the foreman said he would make a note of it and we would get a refund for that square footage. It has been almost a month and we still haven’t gotten that. We thought we were home free with the foundation work though until yesterday when we were changing out a door and replacing some subfloor and discovered additional foundation issues. If Ben had looked at that area during his inspection he would have seen a problem, so I don’t think he did a full inspection. Even though we called AFS as soon as we bought this h

  Just finished my crawl…. Giant gaps in the material, top of the post not sealed, lose nails lying around, covered my sewer line clean out! Now I can’t get them to call me back! Use these guys at your own risk!

  Salesman Joe Hindman and the install crew did an awesome job on our encapsulation last fall! We had a minor warranty issue this week so I gave AFS a call yesterday. They sent William Jamison out today to take a look at the issue and he went above and beyond to get our encapsulation problems taken care of today. Thanks to the AFS crews

  I would like to sincerely thank AFS and one of their lead technicians Mr. Zachary Graham. On April 1st, Mr. Graham conducted an exquisite and excellent service for the annual AFS Service for the encapsulation of our crawl space and storm room totaling over 3700 sq foot. Mr. Graham was very thorough and very meticulous to ensure all systems and components were working accordingly. He provided insightful and detailed information and feedback on every aspect of the service. He also provided detailed photos of each of the 4 sump pump ls and two industrialized dehumidifiers. I can truly say that Mr. Graham provided the utmost detailed and extensive report bar none. I look forward to him coming out next year for our 4th Annual Inspection ✅🙌✅ THANK YOU! I also give a shout out to Mr. Dustin Loeb (AKA - Pastor Stephen Furtick) for doing our initial consultation and helping us navigate through this extensive crawl space encapsulation from March 2023.   Mr. Robert Fuller was a super communicator starting with his initial introducution call. He was very open to revising the scheduled appointment. He arrived in my drive way when he said he would. He is very professional and super efficient and although he couldn't 'help' us just yet, he did provide a detailed list of things to consider that might enable him to help us based upon the fixes I'll have to get accomplished If I could give a 6 star rating i would have and I will highly recommend Mr. Fuller and AFS to my friends and neighbors!
