  Very slow to get work done. Left holes in the roof and didn't fix as promised. Do not recommend, very dissatisfied

  If you have the time to constantly follow up to make sure the job is done, this is an ok company. You do need to go behind them to make sure they clean everything out of your yard. I still have a pile of debris in my yard from a January …

  Had them out to wrap metal on exterior frame of two doors. Did a poor job and didn't complete as we had discussed. Poor communication - suspect that they have forgotten about me or are just not going to fix?

  Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on two jobs and no one showed up nor called. I called the office to find out what the issue was and they said they would find out and call me back but no one called me back. So I wasted a half of a day.

  If you want someone who listens to your needs, is knowledgeable and experienced, and will go the extra mile to be sure you are satisified, call Charlie Richards at Jagris! Charlie, at the Madison Huntville location, will treat you right. I have worked with Charlie on multiple projects and he always provides high-quality work and great customer service. He is friendly, reliable, and professional. I would give him 10 stars if I could!

  We had a standing seam metal roof installed by Jagris and had a great experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Robert, was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. The whole process was smooth and the roof looks amazing. Highly recommend!

  Jeremy came out inspected the roof & let my husband & I know about storm damage. He tarped off potential leaks & met the adjuster on site. Jeremy was great explaining the process & got the roof paid for by insurance. It was a Super speedy install & the guys did a good job with clean up.

  Working with everyone at Jagris has been a wonderful experience. Jeremy and his team were prompt, professional, and helped us resolve a yearlong claim with State Farm for getting our roof and gutters replaced after they were damaged in a storm. I would happily recommend him and his team.

  Had a very good experience working with Jayden Watson on this project. He was extremely helpful in getting the entire process done from initial roof inspection to the cleanup process after the job was completed. Consider it to have been a very good experience and will recommend Jayden and TGRIS to friends and neighbors
