  I had a terrible experience in just getting an estimate from the representative who said that he was the manager. Being that it was an insurance claim I expressed how important it was to me to be kept in the loop and to be updated at least one or two times per week because I was dealing with some very serious health issues and I really needed a company that I could trust to take care of things and not have to deal with having to constantly be calling and wondering what the status was. Josh faithfully promised me that he would get right to work and would call me no less than once per week but most likely more than that. At first it seemed like I had made a good decision to use them until a month went by and not even close to being kept in the loop, I was told that someone had to go back to my house and get more measurements on the sheet rock and then he would be able to get it submitted for approval but only to find out that no one had been at my home that day or week for any reason. Finally I had enough and was ready to pull the plug but Josh promised he would have it done by Friday (2 months after meeting) and he would submit it to his boss and he would be ready to meet with me on the following Tuesday. Well come Tuesday nothing,Wednesday I get a text saying it was ready and would I be able to discuss it over the phone at 3pm and I replied that I could meet him at my house so we could go over it in person and he said that it wasn’t necessary to meet but that he would meet on Thursday. Come Thursday I didn’t hear from him so I sent a message and his response was that he just went ahead and sent it in and never discussed anything with me. This started in August of 2025 and as of now October 27 2025 the only thing that has been done is a hole cut in my sheet rock and a leak detection test which wasn’t done properly. So I am having to go to UAB for treatment with the added stress of it being months waiting for an estimate so the adjuster could do his due diligence only

  Hey Mr. Morrow. We hate you left a one star review to our company. But this review is not correct and leaving out important details. Our Project Manager assisted you in trying to find the leak and getting your insurance company to approve the claim. Our field reps and office staff worked diligently for weeks to get your insurance company to approve your claim. I wish we could have made them approve faster, but that is how some insurance companies are. We hired leak detection companies and sent our in-house repair crew over to help locate the leak per your insurance company. We have multiple failed call logs where our project manager and office staff tried to reach out to you. This review was wrote a day before we got full approval from your insurance company to begin all necessary repairs. We have not billed you once for the invoices we have collected from the leak detection companies, or the labor hours of our crews that help locate the leak. We have still attempted multiple times to reach out to you but still haven't heard anything from you. Hope all is well!

  Asked for them to come by and do an estimate. The gentleman came out and said they'd get back with me. I had to reach out to them and they've given me a cold shoulder. Seems like they aren't looking for work, rather a quick buck.

  I have to say that after talking with several companies, the decision was made to go with Cypress after speaking with Chris and Bob! Overly willing to explain things and point out fine details you may not think of. Came in less than other companies, but used better quality materials! Would definitely recommend!

  I had trouble with my insurance claim and them not wanting to pay. These guys changed all of that! Chris called me and told me not to worry to let him handle it, and that's exactly what I did. He fought the insurance company on my behalf and sure enough..I'll have a brand new roof in a few weeks! Would most definitely recommend!!

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Cypress Roofing. Kass Kimbril was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He helped us through the insurance process, met with the adjuster, kept us informed every step of the way, and was even on-site while our new roof was being installed. Kass was professional, honest, and always available to answer our questions. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right and that we were taken care of throughout the entire process. Our new roof looks fantastic, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Cypress Roofing and especially Kass for his outstanding customer service and dedication to his customers.
