Not professional. Their framing crew came out to my neighbor's house to do a job. Parked in my yard. Asked them to move and they wouldn't. They brought a big dog to the job site and it got out and tried to attack my little Chihuahua. After they left we got 2 flats on our vehicles. And found 10 more nails laying in the road in front of my house. Im pretty sure they did it on purpose because me asking them to move out of my yard. WILL NOT RECOMMEND IMPACT ROOFING. POOR ATTITUDES, POOR JUDGEMENT, THEY HIRE ILLEGALS THAT DRINK ON THE JOB. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. YOUR NEIGHBORS WILL HATE YOU IF YOU DO. Update...I will not remove review. Impact roofing was the only truck on the job with a name on it. And your workers was on the job giving the framing crew orders. So it shows that y'all subbed out the framing part because I heard an impact employee telling the illegals that Impact Roofing didn't have much experience with framing and that's way y'all subbed it to them.So it makes y'all responsible. I don't care about y'all trying to explain y'all's mess ups away. Or pushing the responsibilities off on other ppl. Bad policy on y'all's part.....Shame Shame....Review can get removed if my tires get fixed. Anything less than that is unacceptable.
