  I would not hire Colony to do any complex leaks where the source is unknown (I’m sure they do fine where there is a simple leak). Colony came out and made a bunch of unneeded miscellaneous repairs for a leak I was having but it didn’t fix …

  Worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I waited over 3 months being told the LUDOWICI roof I ordered was on the way from France “on a boat”multiple times as I did check backs over the over 3 month period. When I called to see when they would be out to install the roof I was told that it had never shipped and it was “out of stock “. Colony roofers went as far as saying ludowicis wearhouse was shut down due to general maintenance. I ended up switching to an eagle roofing product and after waiting almost 3 months for that product to arrive, I was told when they came out to walk the roof which they also did 6 months ago that my home would need a reframe. I was told by Stone their employee that would be an extra 19.5 k on top of 51,000 agreed upon. Stone than went down to 16 k than 12 k than 6 k extra (money grab !)than agreed to just do it for 51 total and loose money , Two weeks later I was told the roof would be here next week but they can’t due it due to losing 12 grand unbelievale.

  I call months ago talk with zack they said they will be out to see the problem with my roof haven’t came out yet , I got a new roof with Warranty, they want honor they warranty , the roof is only three years old,

  I recently called upon Colony Roofers to properly secure my facia boards and replace my gutters along the front of my house. They came out promptly to quote and did a great job. I would recommend this company for your gutter needs.
