  Zero stars. Corrupt- stay away from this company!! Originally used in 2024 for roofing with no issues. Signed contract and paid deposit on March 25th for 2 new windows and siding on the front on our house. Slight delay on coming out and measuring windows, but wasn’t a huge thing. We waited the week that Jeff said it would take to get windows in - reached out via text for status update and text went unanswered. Followed up with several calls/voicemails and additional texts. I saw on Facebook that Jeff posted recent work they did, so I wrote on that post asking Jeff to please respond to my husband’s communications. Jeff finally responded after 2 weeks. When we were finally told we were on the schedule the week of May 5th, they were a no show and Jeff was non responsive to texts and calls throughout the day, and when he finally responded at the end of the work day, he said he thought his guys were there. Our experience has been incredibly unprofessional and frustrating, and in response to our frustrations, Jeff offered to terminate our contract and return our deposit. We agreed to this offer and asked that the refund be returned immediately. My husband has sent 3 texts, called 4 times, and left voicemails asking about the status of the money transfer - all have been unanswered and no money has been returned. Jeff has now promised on 3 separate days that our money would be refunded, but we have still yet to see a dime. We’ve been more than patient and understanding throughout this whole mess of a situation, and now want nothing more than to put this behind us and move on.

  Our roof and gutters were replaced in March of this year.. After noticing raised shingles around the vents, Jeff promised twice to come take a look and never showed. It’s now been over a week with no response to texts, calls, or Facebook messages. Still no warranty received either. Really hoping someone from the company sees this and follows up — we just want this resolved.

  Know the Owner personally and have seen his work! This man is flat out magic, If you need work done please do not hesitate! Fast Friendly and Fair! What more can you ask for.

  JBR roofers provide me with excellent work. I needed someone to come out and install and fix my downspouts. They were able to come out the same day and provide me pictures after the work was completed. They are professional and courteous.

  Called them on a Saturday morning, they had someone at my house in about 1-2 hours same day to seal up aluminum siding that blew off in some heavy wind

  Called JBR in a panic because I found mold in a closet where the attic hatch is located. JBR came out same day and diagnosed the problem, which was related to a ventilation issue along with an improper roofing system on the peak of my roof. They replaced the shingles within a few days and were great to work with. Highly recommend!
