  Came out to our house 5/20 to look at our roof for potential project. We never received estimate, even after following up twice (most recently 6/13). Today is 6/24 so over a month with no response from this company despite multiple follow-ups.

  Hi, Can you tell me what you were looking for? Typically when we are really busy, we have to prioritize service calls by severity of leaks. I am sorry my office did not respond. I will look into this.

  Did not show up twice in a row for an estimate as expected. Also didn’t bother to call to let me know they weren’t going to come as I waited at home for them to show up.

  We needed gutter work done to address flooding issues and we made an appointment with Jim Miller roofing after being told that the company does this type of work. We had to wait a few weeks for an appointment, which was fine. The estimator said that we would have our quote within a week. That was almost a month ago. We had also asked for an estimate on replacing a cedar roof on a garden shed. When we need a new roof on our house, we will not be calling Jim Miller roofing!

  May be it happen to me cause I'm minority. I have a single home in Media, PA, It need a whole roof replace. Call Jimmy's Roofing for an estimate. - A young girl took my information and said sell team will contact me. - Three (3) days later no one contact me yet. I call Jimmy's Roofing again. Same girl who talk to me the other day She laughing (Not the polite way) and said: " hang tie this thing not happen right a way." Now is over 2 weeks no one reach out to me!!!!!!

  Jeff, I do apologize we were not able to get to you. Please understand that we had several hundred calls for active leaks and we can only handle so many. My Service Manager should have called you back. Also just to be clear, we have never worked for you, You needed us to fix an existing problem from someone else.

  Very efficent and professional, Ashley was amazing understood what our problem was and sent a crew member out.. Keith came out to look at our roof, very professional and timely. He patched up a few spots until our repairs get completed.. and yes I am going to use Jim Miller Roofing... price was amazing and overall experience after our insurance company was not helpful made my decision very easy.

  From thorough inspection and estimate, to prompt scheduling, and job completion--the Miller team excelled. Clean up and dumpster removal also illustrated a company dedicated to keeping customers satisfied. I'm a fan!

  I was visited by 6 or 7 roofing companies that insist on a 1 hour sales pitch. Miller just gave me a price that was several thousands lower than any of those frauds. Great job including sub roof repairs. Perfect cleanup.

  I had a positive experience with Jim Miller roofing. They came out to repair the slate roof to keep the squirrels out. Squirrels do a lot of damage but Jim Miller managed to keep them out. Thank you!

  Jim Miller roofing came through in many a jam for us. They quickly came out with a temporary fix to avoid Evan more damage caused by a faulty past roofer, then went over what all our options. Jim's team is great, he really runs a great ship over there. Thank you Jim and all your team. A++++
