  Hired this company to replace my flat on my Glenolden property. I have been calling and emailing due to current leaks with no response. I was promised a 15yr warranty on roof for any problems. I have reached out to the borough with no feedback. I will next look to the BBB. Don’t stop for this headache

  Tried to get a hold of them for a leak in a new roof they put on 2 1/2 years ago tried 4 different times no replay tried calling no answer gave up. I would not waste your money once it done that is it they take your money and run.

  I'm unable to reach the company by phone or email. I'm still having issues on my roof I called about prior. I don't know if something is going on with the owner but I have tried contacting them about an issue with my one roof they had to redo completely and I'm getting more and more worried that AFTER ONLY 1 YEAR, my roof is starting to show water damage underneath. I need help with my roof they said they had covered with their warranty.

  Came out quick to diagnose leak. New roof suggested. Price was good and work was done quickly. Within 1.5 years the leak came back twice. First time they sent guys to fix, which meant caulking I guess. Next time it leaked a few months later …

  We understand your frustration with the reoccurring leak. The roof was old and needed to be replaced as we agreed. When another leak returned months later, knowing the roof was recently replaced we did a closer inspection on the siding/window capping. We noticed the silicone that seals the window capping was deteriorating, which could potentially cause the leak. We reapplied silicone sealant free of charge. After another few months the leak returned and we recommended replacing the siding & window capping completely. Some leaks can be very tricky and come down to process of elimination. Sorry you aren’t satisfied with our price for the siding replacement. Our price was to replace all the siding on your home so it would look more uniform, not just the one window in question.

  We installed a new roof on your upper main flat roof & did routine maintenance on your old rear lower porch roof. The issue you are describing was on the rear lower porch roof. Roof maintenance does not include any warranty which was clearly communicated to you during your initial consultation.

  KO Roofing installed a new flat roof on my house because I had a really bad leak. The new roof is great, the crew was great and it was really affordable. They made the whole ordeal a lot more convenient. I highly recommend them.

  Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I took off of work early to meet for an estimate. I called and sent a text message prior to the meeting time to confirming did not receive a response. I waited for 30 minutes at the job site and called again. No response and no one ever showed. I know everyone is busy, but don't schedule an appointment and not even have the decency to call or even text if you can't make it. I lost time and money at work.

  Contacted KO Roofing, Kevin responded quickly on my inquiry for an inspection/estimate. He came by two days thereafter - completed an inspection on my Row Home roof. I agreed along with Kevin that it was time for a new roof. He was able to schedule me within a week. The work completed was fantastic, professional and clean installation. Most definitely recommend KO Roofing, from first contact to job completion - fully satisfied. His price on a new roof was also within my budget to execute the project immediately. Hands down, Kudos to an excellent Roofing contractor!

  They were quick to come to the house for a inspection and quote but then have made MULTIPLE calls, voicemails, and texts without response leaving us high and dry with the insurance company claim…. Need to start over. Funny how every other poor review got a response defending themselves but not this one

  I have never written a review before. Talking to Kevin is an absolute nightmare. He hangs up on you mid sentence. Says he is going to send over what was needed and never does. I get that we are all busy and overworked, but this is no way to treat your customers. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  I am sorry that you feel this way. I believe you are an insurance broker & we have a mutual client. This particular client was very pushy and demanding in regards to a roof certification in order to renew his insurance policy. I explained to him that the roof needed work in order for me to issue any type of certification & he disagreed. At that point you began to contact me requesting a certification that I had already denied to issue.
