  McHugh replaced my Roof several years back, which was still under warranty, McHugh had to come out a year after replacing the roof due water leaking down into my home, due to the gutter that McHugh charged me extra to re-install, when we had this bad rain The gutter was leaking again with a overwhelming amount of rain coming into my home AGAIN, I called in MCHUGH came out again and inspected the roof and informed me that the gutter, SMH was too small and that they were charge me to install a bigger gutter, see where I’m going with this.They wanted to actually charge me again to fix the gutter that they installed the first time, this is a scam. I didn’t appreciate it. I ended up hiring a different roofing company to fix problem that McHugh, should have fixed right the first time… I do have before and after photos and it was a highway mess up there how McHugh roofing patched up th gutter the second time shame on you McHugh! And had the nerve to want to charge me.👎

  Called multiple times I'm guessing they don't do business with my race and thats not uncommon for this area.. The first call no one ever came or called me back. and the older guy was very rude. It bought me to tears. the second call came months later but I'm guessing they have caller id and could tell from my name that I was black, so they never called me back or picked up and it was during business hours.

  Dear Mrs. Parent, I'm not sure you have the right company. Could you please provide your contact info so we can look you up in our system ? We would like to know who we are talking with. Reading this saddens me. We do not accept Discrimination in any shape or form here at my company. You stated we don't answer our phones because we must see your name on the ID and know you are black. I wanted to let you know, the Amazing woman that answers our phones her name is Christy. She is black. In fact we have a black Supervisor who has worked here for years his name is Reginald he is one of our best employee's. We have Chris who is one of our Techs and is also black. We have Mike who is a laborer and a great worker who is also black. We have have 7 more employees that are Spanish and some of the hardest workers I ever seen. Reading this really saddens me for many reasons. So the whole " we must be rascist " thing needs to stop. We answer all of our calls and if we are on the other line we always get back to each and every customer. We value ALL of our customers. You also stated the "old man" had you in tears, but it also says you called multiple times and no one ever came or returned your calls. Then you called us months later? So now i'm confused. It shows that you have left many 1 star bad reviews on dozens of companies 3 of which are roofing and siding companies. Just so you know we are small businesses that employ people with families. Those families depend on our company every week for a pay check. Buy going around and leaving negative reviews is very disturbing to me. If your not happy with someone's service or food or attitude you can call them and make them aware and help them fix anything that may be wrong. But trying to hurt a small business buy leaving a review calling them rascist is beyond belief. I'm so sorry you feel this way. I can assure you this is not at all how our company operates. I hope you find what your looking for your home. God bless you.

  I wish I could rate 0 stars. I made an appointment with them and they never came or contacted me about rescheduling. Very unprofessional. I took off time from work to meet with them. So happy I went with another company. EDIT: Also, I don't appreciate this company commenting that they would never leave a client in the dark like this than quickly deleting it instead of owning up to your mistakes. Be accountable it's just that easy.

  We are very saddened to hear that you made an appointment and no one showed up or called you to reschedule. I do believe you may have the wrong company. We have 2 office girls that work 8 hours a day 5 days a week doing nothing but scheduling jobs and speaking to customers. We tried to look you up in our system and nothing comes up.   I have been waiting eight months for Mchugh Roofing to start my back porch roof a check was given as a deposit of 50% no work was never done for eight months until I contacted them that I went with another contractor very unprofessional

  Charles, We are very sorry you are unhappy with our service. You mentioned above that you gave us a deposit, that is true we still have your check. We don’t cash deposits until the day we start unless you have a special order. You also mentioned that you did not hear from us until you called and said you were going with someone else. That’s not true. I have our phone records here which states on -12/21/20 we called 3 times that day - 1/5/21 we called 2 times that day - 1/6/21 we called back and forth 6 times - 1/7/21 we called 1 time - 1/15/21 we called 1 time - 1/18/21 we called 4 times - 3/1/21 we talked 4 times A copy of this phone record can be provided via email if you would like one. We did let you know in August that we are extremely backed up and you still decided to hire us. We have kept in contact with you, we had you scheduled and unfortunately we have had to move the start date a couple times due to the weather we have had. My office called you today to try to talk to you about this situation, you talked down to and laughed at our office manager. We are really sorry you are unhappy. When Covid hit last year it stopped us from working for three months. Then we had some really bad storms which all backed us up months and months out. We are finally catching up and trying to get to everyone as fast as we can. Every major roofing company in this area is also backed up 14-20 weeks. We are really sorry you feel we are unprofessional. We have 21 employees that work super hard and do such a great job everyday in order to try to make all of our customers happy. Sorry we could not accommodate you.

  We hired McHugh for a full roof replacement and gutter installation. From the start, Kevin, our estimator, stood out by focusing on a thorough roof inspection rather than a sales pitch and was the only one of 4 quotes we received that accurately identified the roof's underlying structure. Their quote was reasonable, office team was prompt in their communication, and the work was scheduled quickly. The crew that performed the job worked tirelessly through extreme heat conditions, with phenomenal attention to detail, and meticulous clean-up. Jimmy, our on-site project manager, was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with every single detail! I rarely write reviews, but this homeowner decision is an important one. Hire McHugh, you won't be disappointed!

  McHugh Roofing is the best! Mark and his crew from McHugh roofing installed our new house roof with new sky light and garage roof this week. The metal work done by Dominic and his guys was completed with care and a high level of quality. We are beyond pleased with the jobs performed.   Had my entire roof replaced and all gutters and downspouts, added 2 attic fans, job was first quality. Communication was excellent all the way through the process. Highly recommend McHugh Roofing.

  The work was done as stated and on time. Reggie was the project manager and he kept things moving along. He was professional and courteous and addressed all my concerns. The work was just finished but I feel confident if I have any issues they will be addressed quickly. From the office staff to the actual workers, I have been very pleased with the service. I definitely recommend this company.

  What a great honest company! 2 friends recommended McHugh to me when one piece of siding, too high up for my ladder to reach, was loose after a storm. John came the next day to give an estimate, but said it was super simple fix and just popped it into place for me! After replacing both my friends' roofs, and then fixing my siding, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
