  My insurance replaced the roof because of hail damage. Impriano "replaced" the roof, and I now have water damage in multiple areas. Impriano has offered $100, $200, $500, $1,000, to remove the negative review but will not repair the roof, or honor the extended warranty. Do not hire this company! They don't do good work, or honor their warranty.

  One year later we have 2 leaks in our roof - they trashed our gutters during install, and they will not return phone calls or come out for service to fix the issues. These guys are the best if you want a worse roof than the 20 year old one …

  Complete failure: Impriano lied about what they said they were going to do; they created bigger problems, and had to get another roofing company to fix their substandard work, and it was such an easy repair to begin with. They know little to nothing about leak prevention. Glad I found the right roofers to fix everything. I would never recommend Impriano. I would not even give them 1 star if I could.

  I called to get a quote for a roof repair/replace but they said they needed $325 fee to come out and give me a quote. The $325 would go against the repair if I decided to go with them. …

  Would not recommend simply for the reason that nobody bothered to actually come out and provide an estimate. I called, scheduled an appointment then a day later received a call from a secretary telling me nobody will come (why didnt you say so during the scheduling call?). Instead she said the manager will run an estimate out of their software by Monday. Monday came, got another phone call with a verbal quote. No estimate with breakdown of any kind was provided like the other 5 roofing companies provided. Totally unprofessional.

  Impriano recently performed several services on our house including new roof, gutters with gutter guards, storm door replacement x 2, capping 4 windows and 2 garage doors, replacing 4 shutters. The entire process from start to finish was a great experience and not stressful. The initial estimate by Mike was quick, informative, and not pressured in stark contrast to 5 other estimates I received from other companies. They were the least expensive and, more importantly, made us feel the most comfortable. They maintained communication throughout the process. When some unexpected issues arose with the roof decking and garage door frame, they were upfront, honest, and accurate with the adjustment in price of the project. They had warned us beforehand and provided accurate estimates for any unexpected findings that may occur. Overall they made us feel comfortable and at ease with the process and did excellent work. We are extremely satisfied with the results. We would highly recommend Impriano.

  Impriano was easy to work with as we planned our new roof. Their installation crew was excellent--polite, friendly, careful, and cleaned up the yard beautifully when they were finished. All aspects of the project progressed smoothly and efficiently, including gutter installation and fan hook-up. We were very pleased.

  Just had a roof and gutters installed in April 2026 by Impriano. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! They are very professional and courtesy throughout the entire process. The salesman Barry did any outstanding presentation and explanation of the product, installation ,services, and cost breakdown in a well detailed proposal. The roofing installation was very professional, neat, and courteous. They completed the entire re-roofing project ( house and garage) in 1 day. An on-site coordinator, Chris is to be commended for monitoring the work, coordinating and resolving any customer questions or issues. In a very timely manner. The gutters were also installed by a very professional team of workers. All work was done very neat and clean. Minimal to no roofing nails found around the property! The admin and coordination staff are very professional and confirm the project start date and resolves any issues or concerns in a very timely manner. This company obviously promotes and encourages teamwork and professionalism, which is obvious on the job site. They are a stellar company and I am extremely satisfied to have chosen Impriano for my roofing/gutter project. I highly recommend them for any exterior project. They are a reasonably priced and perform great work!!!

  From the first phone call through the last follow up, the folks at Impriano were courteous, professional, and honest. The cost for a new roof and gutters was less than other estimates I received for the roof alone. The quality of the materials and installation were first-rate. I would definitely recommend them!

  I have used Impriano several times and they are the best. From getting a quote to finishing the job they are nothing but professional and easy to work with.   A very large tree fell on our house and did substantial damage. Impriano Roofing replaced our entire roof, all of the gutters and skylights, and replaced damaged siding. Jack Impriano helped us navigate the claims process with our insurance company and all of the work ended up being covered. The crew was very professional and left the property spotless. A+ customer service and high quality work.

  We needed our roof replaced after a few bad storms last year. Jack Impriano of Impriano Roofing came to our home to assess the situation. He was very professional and genuinely approachable. He provided major assistance to us with our Insurance Company. We now have a beautiful roof that was constructed by top shelf workmanship!
