  If I could give them a zero I would. Contacted them and had inspection ($1500) of my metal roof. That was in June. They said they would het back to me in about a week with recommendation. After 2 weeks I called project manager who said he would follow up. No response to emails either. I called the the office to to report my dissatisfaction. Still waiting for a call back. If they're not going to do the work just return the $1500. I didnt think anyone could be worse than Comcast. I was wrong!

While we feel what you have shared is inaccurate, we can leave it as we are going to agree to disagree in this situation.   They did a great job on 2 roofs I had them do however they changed one of my roofs it needed a flat roof done I was okay with that but they didn’t give me a credit for all the shingles they didn’t use gave me a lame excuse

  It’s unfortunate you feel that way, Mr. Lawson. This is not how we run our business and we would like to work with you to get clarification on what exactly occurred. Based on our call log during office hours, we received one call from you a few weeks ago where we couldn’t accommodate your schedule and an appointment was never made. We require homeowners to be home for our appointments so our Project Consultants can inspect both the exterior and the interior of your home. This is crucial if the request is to inspect a leak you think is coming from your roof, which we provide a free estimate to fix. Customer service is also very important to us and we do our best to answer every phone call. Unfortunately, there are times when we get higher volumes of calls where it can be difficult to answer every call, but our team tries our best to call them all back before the day is over. We would like to get to the bottom of this so please call our owner, Kevin O’Donnell at (610) 505-2595 and he will personally address the issue with you.

  Update: 2 years later. We have water stains on our ceiling. O'Donnell was quick to come out and re-caulk around the chimney, stating they used a "bad batch" of caulk. We are very disturbed that only a thin bead of chalk stands between us and rain. We're very pleased with the work that was done at our house. Our 100+year old house looks and feels so much better with it's new roof and new cedar shingle siding.

  I was a repeat customer, they Installled the roof and i needed a small roofing job done. Called 5 (five) times Nov-Dec time frame, no reponse from them. On Christmas eve, Kevin shows up unannounced to look at the job. He explained they were busy and shorthanded due to covid. Ok, however, if he communicated that to me after ths first call i would not had to call 4 other times. He looked at the job and said would get back with the quote. Never heard back from them. You would think as a repeat customer they would follow through or tell me that the job was too small. I gave up in April and contact Jim Miller Roofing who welcome my business. They followed through with the estimate as promised and kept me informed along the way and did the job. I would not recommend using O'Donnell Roofing due to their poor customer service.

  Mike came out to measure and take photos and promised an estimate by mid-week. That was over a month ago. Excuse after excuse as to why he is unable to provide us our estimate.

  Hi Christine, We’re sorry about the delay in getting you the estimate. April is our busiest month. (Mike looked at job April 9th). Plus, he had to wait for lumber quotes since the job required re-framing the garage roof, and was on vacation from 4/25-5/2. The estimate was sent and viewed on May 4th, so he honestly did the best he could given the circumstances. We don’t feel this is a fair representation of our company, given the factors at hand, and know that his having submitted the estimate the day after vacation, meant it was important to him and at the top of his list. We try our best to tend to client’s needs in a timely manner, but sometimes estimates can take a few weeks, as it has here. We’re an honest and upstanding company who does proper work, is involved in the community, and donates to/sponsors dozens of local organizations. We hope you reconsider your rating as it is simply not an accurate representation of who we are. Thank you.

  We recently worked with Khris Reynolds and the O'Donnell team for our roof and gutter replacement and had an excellent experience. From our first meeting, Khris's knowledge of roofing systems and proper attic ventilation stood out. We received five quotes, and O'Donnell's was the most thorough. The time Khris spent answering our questions and explaining how proper attic ventilation impacts the performance and longevity of a roof gave us confidence we were making the right choice.   Everyone from Bob Bear, to the crews to the front office have been terrific to deal with. They installed a new roof and fixed the mess the old roofer had made. They kept me apprised and sent pictures of a huge hole that was causing a leak. And when I had a critter scratching out my overhang, I called Bob and a crew was out within days! Highly recommend.

  We used O’Donnell for roofing, gutter and siding, and door work following damage from a hail storm. The team was patient, accommodative and receptive when building their quote. The work was done timely and they were very transparent about additional work needed that would impact the quote as well. We are extremely satisfied and are looking to leverage them as we replace more windows doors down the line

  O'Donnell Roofing Co. replaced our siding, doors and concrete and repaired a portico in Spring 2026. They completed the work on time and did an excellent job. The siding team was detailed oriented and performed quality work, as was the concrete expert. The sales and scheduling teams were also very helpful throughout the process and replied to my messages promptly. All in all, we are pleased with our exterior improvements.
