  Beware of this company !!!!!does not stand behind what they do made simple request to put the right ridge vent cap on the roof they ignored me and blocked my email Had to call the secondary company to correct the issue second company agreed terrible installation overpaid had to spend another $1,000 to get the roof repaired correctly.... took advantage of being a tornado victim

  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We contacted this company for a complete roof installation/ replacement on our 2700 sq/ft home. They came and gave an estimate of services, we agreed to contract them, and things went downhill from there. They were unresponsive, not returning phone calls or emails for days at a time. THEY RESCHEDULED OUR SERVICES 5 TIMES! They claimed it was due to weather, but we had beautiful sunny days, when we asked why we were being RESCHEDULED AGAIN they replied that they had not finished other jobs. Clearly our home was not a priority for them. They brought the materials and sat them in our driveway....and they are STILL sitting in our driveway and our roof replacement has not been done. My husband contacted them to express how unhappy we are so far with services, and they told him WE SHOULD CONTACT ANOTHER COMPANY. They have completely wasted our time, and did not care about our business.

  Great communication at the beginning. Their guys arrived on time, inspected my job from the ground, (didn't have a ladder) told me he'd get back to me with a price and a procedure as to how to cure my problem. Never heard from them again …

  Hello Gabe, at Roofer Rx we always try our hardest to provide great installation services as well as consultation services. In some cases we know that we are not the right specialty contractor to best suited to fix a situation. This is one of those cases. On our initial inspection we could see that the home's architecture compromised and we discussed that we would not be the right trade to help fix the issue. We were unsure of which trade to direct you to as well. It's unfortunate that you left a unfavorable review for us. We aim to please all of our customers, unfortunately you didn't accept that we couldn't help. We wish you the best of luck in the future and hope you can fix the situation.

  Hello Alyn, we are very sorry for your experience but please give us a chance to explain. During the recent tornado that passed through Nashville, Roofer Rx made it a priority to help save the community by offering tarps over roofs that had been blown off or had shingle damage. We made it mandatory that we wanted to help save the East Nashville community and to work 24/7 covering roofs with tarps even though we weren’t always being reimbursed. As lifelong Nashville residents we put community first and took this opportunity to help as many struggling people as possible. That being said we weren’t and are not able to tarp chimneys as this can lead to a fire hazard and trap smoke in homes. The reason it was difficult to get in touch with us is because we put all of our workers on 24/7 triage to help tarp those in need across the Nashville area. Because the tornado left us in a full triage situation we had to serve those who had major damage by tarping their roofs first over small leaks like your chimney. We do apologize that we weren’t able to get back in touch with you but please know that we were working our hardest to help the greater Nashville community. Please think of us in the future for any roofing needs.

  Roofer Rx is an outstanding roofing company in middle Tennessee. Jimmy’s crew re-roofed our house in 2017 and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to 2026 and the ice storm, we had tree damage to our roof. I called Jimmy and he came out right away to evaluate what would be needed. He sent a quote that evening and a team repaired our damages within a week. Jimmy is highly knowledgeable of the roofing business, hires quality workers, and I highly recommend Roofer Rx.

  I was very pleased with the work done, with the price, and with the communication from the owner. I had had the same roof replaced by a different company several years before, and was NOT happy. Roofer Rx did a MUCH better job for a far better price. When I had a couple of questions xome up, RooferRx was right on it!!!

  Roofer Rx has been my trusted roofer for around 15 years. They've always been honest and friendly with inspections and recommended repairs, and quick in replying to questions. Most recently had a chimney cricket installed on the roof. The installation to include new shingles in the area is seamless... like it had always been there. Thank you!

  26 yr retired Realtor here ...Roofer RX did a great job replacing my roof on my single family Germantown house - complete tear off, install, new boots etc and did an excellent job cleaning up the job site. Also did a small job on Hillsboro Village rental property which had a flashing problem. I would definitely use them again.
