We dont work for crooks, liars, preds, drug addicts, or psycos as this is the case with this customer who lives near 30th st North Omaha. Trying to ripped us off after we completed her roof. This customer is confused and didn't even remember our name. We did a fantastic roof replacement for her in north Omaha, near 30th street when all the other roofers just drove by it and refused it. We were kind enough to help her out even though she might have dementia. We gave her a great deal and discount too, on the roof replacement. At the end of the job she told us she didn't have money. Thankfully my roofers, who have families and kids convinced her to pay us. She was a great customer, just very confused. I think she was disturbed that she had to pay anything. And gave us a disparaging review. Now I know why most of the other roofers passed on giving her estimates. We try to help every customer and give them great customer service. Unfortunately sometimes we will get a customer that tries to take advantage of us. And wants everything for free. As this was the case.

Top roofing contractors in Omaha, NE. Mike was able to address reoccurring roof leak that 4 other roofers had been unable to fix over the course of 2 years. Came day after I called and fixed day after. Great communication and efficiency

This is the most transparent and above board roofers in Omaha, NE. I have discovered they are absolutely the best. They will come out and do a free roof inspection and assesment, and give you honest input about the condition.

After all the hail damage from last summer's storms we eventually started getting estimates for all the damaged roofing, siding & gutters. We made the right choice going with Roofer Mike's as he was able to cordinate all aspects of the roof replacement, installation of the new vinyl siding and new gutter system with gutter guards. It turned out beautiful, only paid our deductable and Roofer Mike handled the entire process. I might add they did a beautiful cleanup and gave up and upgrade to class 4 hail resistant shingles no extra charge. Trust me! Roofer Mike is the roofer to call in Omaha for any roofing or siding replacement. Thanks guys!

Roofer Mike's is a professional roofing company in Omaha with quality work and expert communication. Mike and his team evaluated our roof within 48 hours of contacting them. We had a new roof and gutters in 2 weeks. I've never worked with a roofing contractor so responsive and professional. He helped us communicate with our insurance company and immediately provided a quote along with pictures for our HOA. Roofer Mike's jumps through all the hoops to get your hail damage roof repair done, resulting in a quality product. A+ 100% would use Roofer Mike's again. Thank you, Mike!
