The RoofCo team did a wonderful job installing our new roof. They were truely skilled professionals and they replaced our roof in a timely fashion keeping us informed of the progress. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a trusted Roofing company.

After what felt like an endless parade of salespeople ignoring my "I only answer for Jesus" sign, I'd grown frustrated with roofers who would inspect my roof and then disappear without ever doing the one thing I asked for, providing an …

Anyone with a truck and a hammer can be a roofing contractor, I guess. You can pick the local contractor with the fancy trucks, fancy new building and offices and pay a fancy price given that their inspection of the roof was cursory at best. Or you can go with a lowball bid all the while wondering why that bid was so cheap. Or you can contact RoofCo. No flashy trucks; just a team that knows what they’re doing. You’ll get a very thorough inspection report - if you’re looking for a roofer, then you already know your roof has issues, right? There’s nothing inexpensive about having a new roof done, so best to be sitting down when you review the quote. Once you’ve gotten over the sticker shock, RoofCo will answer your questions in a straight forward manner. You can also ask if there are any ways to trim down the cost without sacrificing the integrity of the job. In our experience, there was never any pressure to approve the estimate or sign a contract. One other contractor - the one with the stupidly outrageous price, offered free financing for a year. Yeah… not really FREE is it? Give RoofCo a shot, compare estimates and talk with referrals from all of the contractors. Then you can make an informed decision.

Brandy and her roofing crew were fantastic. My only complaint is that I can only give 5 stars here instead of 10.

Brandy’s team installed my roof about 1 year ago when we were getting ready to sell. We had an old 1940s home with a lot of issues. I had so many questions and she was so patient in answering each one in terms I could understand. She took the time to explain why each part was important for my home inspection and helped me weigh out what was important vs unnecessary. We just bought a new home and will be ready for a new roof next year. I have no doubt in my mind that Brandy will be the one I call once we’re ready!
