Helped me file a claim with my insurance. Insurance came out and said they would cover half the roof. Choufani and bailey went back and forth with my insurance for a few months. My insurance company wouldn't budge on what they would cover. Once they figured it wouldn't be a full roof, I never heard from them again. They made a bunch of promises about how it would be covered, and they would have an engineer come look at it and sue insurance and a bunch of other stuff. I think once they figured it wasn't a full roof replacement, they were on to the next..

We have been working with Chris Diaz on the roof replacement for my home. Chris has been extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. Chris is kept us in the loop through the entire process from dealing with the insurance company and managing the roofing installers who did a great job. Thank you Chris for all your help you have assisted in getting my roof replaced, my parents and aunt. Thank you for your hard work.

Choufani and Bailey replaced my roof and I EMPHATICALLY recommend them. James Bailey (co-owner) walked me through the whole process including working with the insurance adjustor. His team of roofers were the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They've been working together for nearly 10 years and each person clearly had a specific job and did it. My home was "skirted" during the removal and replacement, preventing damage to landscaping. Not all companies do this. They were finished in 1 1/2 days and left my property SPOTLESS. Even James came and walked the property with a rolling magnet to collect any roofing nails. I DIDN'T find ONE after they all left. AMAZING! The work was fast, efficient and done correctly. FIVE HUGE STARS.

Happy to hear you liked our Catch-All system too which helps to protect your property as we remove the old shingles. Thank you again for the review and recommendation and for trusting us with your roof replacement!

Choufani & Bailey recently replaced my 25 year old roof and did a fantastic job! Chris Diaz managed the project and kept everything running smoothly. He took pictures of my roof to show me all the damage it had, then, with my permission, he contacted NCJUA to file the claim for me. Chris kept me informed of their progress through the whole replacement and patiently helped me choose my new shingles. Then when the work was done, he personally ran a magnet roller over my driveway to pick up any loose nails. Choufani & Bailey worked within the insurance's approved payments so I only had to pay my deductible. Thanks for all the hard work and for my great looking new roof!

We had a full roof replacement by Choufani & Bailey. I am not local so I relied on Jake Earle and he did not disappoint! He made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I met him at the house for the intial inspection. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The communication was clear, honest and timely. Project was completed in one day and he texted me pictures during the day and at completion. I cannot say enough good things about this process and would recommend Jake and Choufani & Bailey to anyone looking to replace their roof.

It was time to replace our roof at Surf City so I asked a friend for a recommendation. He said Jake Earle at Choufani & Bailey. Best decision we ever made! Jake walked us through every part of the process from explaining different options specific to coastal living to assisting with our insurance company for coverage. The process could not have been easier. They finished the job in one day and left the yard exactly as they found it. I would highly recommend Jake and his team at Choufani & Bailey!

We are very happy with Choufani & Bailey Roofing & Restoration. Isaac took care of working with our insurance company and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. Isaac and his crew did a great job with the removal and installation of our new roof . I have never seen a roofing company take as much care of protecting our window , ac units and shrubs and then the clean up when they were done as Isaac and his crew ,not to mention how nice they all were. I will definitely be letting all my neighbors know about this roofing company and Isaac. Thanks you so much for a job well done .
