  Decent communication overall and were flexible on an original issue with total price including/not including tax. However, we had them replace our chimney cap and chase cover. After the initial install I asked if it had been sealed appropriately with proper silicone and they said it was not necessary to do so. To their credit, after checking, they followed up the next day and said that it did, in fact, need to be sealed with silicone and butyl tape. Someone came back the following day and said they completed the job. Fast forward to today and I had a chimney company out to do an inspection in preparation for winter. There was silicone properly installed on the front, easily reachable side of the cover but they completely failed to even attempt to seal the back/other sides. So, while this company may get the job done, it appears they do not necessarily care about doing it correctly. Also, if I had not known enough to ask, based on my own limited understanding of chase covers, they would have left it completely unsealed. I hire professionals assuming they have expertise and skills that I do not, and it is unfortunate to have to double-check work and doubt their knowledge. Many homeowners are not going to go up on a roof to verify proper work, which is the situation I am in, and I am glad I had the other chimney company out to correct the mistakes.

  I am writing to formally express my absolute disappointment with the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through demonstrated by this company. Despite claiming to have over 10 years of experience, the service I received has been unacceptable and frustrating from start to finish. For over two months, I have been engaged in back-and-forth communication regarding an accurate estimate for roof and property damage caused by hail and wind. Throughout this period, I have received nothing but empty promises and repeated delays, primarily from Chris Jackson, whose excuses have done nothing to resolve my concerns. Even after personally meeting with the owner, Bill, I was left without the information I requested. Despite multiple attempts to speak directly with Bill—including calling the company’s call center, leaving voicemails on the customer service line, and asking Chris to facilitate a call back—I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. One of the most disappointing aspects is the clear impression that this company, like many others, seems more focused on profit than on genuinely serving its customers. It is disheartening to feel taken advantage of during an already stressful situation. Update*. I am in contact with them and they are trying to resolve the situation. Hopefully they can resolve this issue. I’ll update my review afterwords.

  Ghosted. A rep came to my house but Never gave promised estimate. Called, emailed- no response. BTW “Patriot” is just a name. From what rep said it is not veteran owned nor do they promise a veteran discount. I’m a disabled navy vet. Sure, “Patriot” can mean a lot of things… My biggest issue is that they never returned calls or emails. I live in a low income neighborhood and it’s happened before. I never had the opportunity to even give a down payment. They just wrote me off? If this is their pattern of communication then I might have got out lucky. I think it’s poor business practice to not respond in any way.

  This was a very strange business interaction. I was working with Diana on a small roofing project at my home. She made a great first impression, came over to the house a few times, and explained all options and restrictions. We were ready to move forward, but when it came time to lock in a quote, I was completely ghosted in a way that can only be viewed as intentional. I think most likely, they decided they didn’t want to take on the project, but the complete cutoff in communication leaves this open to interpretation. In the end, I’m left with a lot of wasted time, a hole in my ceiling, and needing to entirely restart this process elsewhere.

  Was supposed to come on a Monday afternoon to look over job. I called on Monday early afternoon to confirm they were still coming -- crickets. No call back, no text, no respect. I still haven't heard back from anyone at least stating they could not do the job or take on another. Absolute disrespect for the (potential) customer.

  Hello Christine, could you please give me, Bill the operations manager a call (910-408-2536), so we can find out where the disconnect is? We have no record of this appointment or any calls from any Christine in the last two weeks. Thank you. After several attempts to contact this potential customer through their google review we believe the customer had us confused with another company.

  Joel and his team at patriot roofing went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They installed a new roof for us, as well as siding and insulation on half the house.
