  The customer service representative Erica is extremely rude and dismissive and gives the company a bad name. I have times a complaint with gaf. Do not tell customers that a leak is their fault.

  Absolutely ridiculous!! This company is coming thru our neighborhood that has a sign up No Solicitation of any kind & on top of that pretty much every one of us has a No Solicitation sign at our door & they still knock!! Total disregard & disrespect! When she was asked today did you not see this sign she said yes but my company told us we still had to at least try! Are you kidding me? Why would you want to deal with anyone that disrespects my no solicitation sign?? There’s a reason consumers choose to have privacy & no solicitation if they want to do business with someone we will go them not them come HARASSING US!!!

  Sheffey Brotherton approached my porch trying to sell himself when I said I wasn't interested. My dog was clearly upset by him walking into the yard and was barking endlessly. Sheffey continued to yell his sales pitch at me over the sounds of my dog. When I said again that I was not interested and asked him to leave, he approached my steps to leave his business card, making my dog go ballistic. This is honestly repulsive behavior by a solicitor. I understand wanting to go door-to-door to promote your business and have nothing against that, but it is obvious this man is not being respectful as he should have left the first time I said I was not interested. Looking at their reviews on Facebook, it seems like I am not the only one who had experienced this. Note - this was at the Outer Banks. It seems as though they are expanding their business through NC which is great, but word of mouth travels fast in these small towns - so do better if you want your business to succeed here.

  Disrespectful to veterans. Not an actual physical office, just a co-working location with really bad fire safety practices and an obvious thread of cutting corners.

  Brendan came out to our house to perform a free inspection of our roof. Unfortunately for him it was 3:30 pm in the afternoon so the Wilmington heat was in the mid 90’s, but he didn’t complain. He was very polite, personable, and respectful of our space, even offering to sweep and clean a few areas after crawling into our attic. The knowledge he provided us was insightful, relevant, and timely. One of the great things about Brendan specifically was that he didn’t pressure us to move forward with services/work considering the solid condition of our roof.

  Southern Premier Roofing in Wilmington North Carolina recently installed solar panel controlled fans in the roof of our home. Our salesman, Andrew was very helpful in explaining how the system worked, very accurate in describing how the heat and humidity would be reduced in the attic and how the A/C bill would decrease. I carefully monitor the heat/humidity in the attic and Andrew was right, both are considerably lower. The installation was done professionally, job site clean up was excellent and the fans look great and performed as expected. We are very pleased with work. Job well done Southern Premier Roofing. Thank you.

  Dealing with Southern Premier Roofing was a joy! They are professional, hard working and really really competent. Josh made this experience painless. All the workers, Cameron and crew, were also great to work with. They all want to do the best job for their customers and it shows in the final product. I was an HR Manager in my career and I hired many, many employees. If you're looking to hire a great company to replace your roof, my recommendation would wholeheartedly be Southern Premier.

  Matt Shooter is the project manager for our roof replacement and he has been a God send! He has taken what seemed to be an overwhelming process and made it stress free for us. I would highly recommend using Southern Premier and requesting Matt to be your guy.

  Great service. Cameron and his crew did an awesome job on our roof. First Cameron, did a walk around of the property and pointed out specific items (grill, patio steps, etc.) and how they would protect them. Then his crew got to work and in no time had the old roof off and began the process of installing the new shingles. The next day new roof done and clean up was complete and very thorough. I did not find a scrap of shingle or paper, and not one nail! Cameron took the time to do a full review and walk around of the house as well. We are very happy with the new roof and highly recommend Southern Premier!

  Just had roof vent ridge replaced . Project was handled by Josh Howland . Communication was clear and up front. No surprises. Work was completed as promised. Very satisfied.
