  After I get connected with the owner They sent one right away, but zero English and I cannot tell him the pipe is need to be replace it was crooked As I promised. I have a video of this pipe how you can move it to left and right it does not look solid job And there is some video I took off early today the fifth of January 2026 It was a bad job and they painted the shingle and they don’t match the shingle color after I give them two more homes they didn’t go to their houses And I text them It say every day tomorrow Still, the shingle is painted one of the tube on top of the shingle crooked and they are very sloppy

  From meeting Mick in the Lowe's parking lot, to a month later deciding to actually call him to come look at our roof, to him doing the inspection, insurance getting involved, to the roof going on was SOOOOOO FAST! Mick and his team are 10000% the best we have ever seen. Mick is there to help you through it all. The roofing team comes, works, works hard, and gets it all done. On Thursday all materials were delivered, as expected and planned. On Monday, the team was here bright and early and stayed late. I worried about them all due to the heat, but they have such a great set up for the team that they were all staying cool when they needed and had plenty of water. We offered things, but they had it all. On Tuesday morning they all returned to complete everything, check everything, and clean up. By Mid-morning on Tuesday you couldn't tell we just had our roof ripped off and a new one put on----Except that our roof looks AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IBC ROOFING FOR ANYTHING YOU NEED!

  We would highly recommend IBC Roofing. They had excellent communication skills. They let us know when they were coming; came when they said they would. They quoted a fair price… completed the work for that price and got it done in a professional, timely manner. The workers were very respectful and hard working …completing the job on a very hot day! Follow up was provided as well after completion of the job. We were very satisfied with our experience with IBC and their staff!

  IBC truly made our roof replacement a seamless process. They handled the insurance process, they kept us updated in a timely manner, their crew was extremely professional and effecient, plus a fabulous clean-up upon completion. They did an outstanding job protecting our shrubs, screened porch, and potted plants. Our roof looks great! Jesse Lawler, the project manager, is a lovely, professional young man. Not only did he keep us in the loop constantly, he was quick with responses to all communication from us. He did a thorough follow-up after our roof completion. A positive experience to be sure in a world where research is so important before committing your hard-earned dollars to a business/contract. We give them 5+ stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
