You’re going to kill somebody with your driving. Instead of stopping for a stop sign this guy decides to speed up, run the stop sign and cut in front of traffic on a 55mph road (sr44), about causing a multi car pileup. Driver then proceeds to swerve all over the road, like he was drunk. Not a great way to represent your company.

They cold called me and then hung up on me in an extremely rude fashion. Definitely won’t be going to them anytime soon

Had the roof inspected by Roof Claim and they’ve submitted a whole roof replacement. But the insurance company hasn’t approved anything after their inspection. Not sure where it went bad as Roof Claim agent never reached out to me to explain. I was expecting a little more due diligence from Roof Claim before submitting a claim, to ensure the claim. Now I’m concerned, next year my insurance might come with some new agenda before renewal, or might say change the roof at own cost.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that we have highly trained professionals who perform thorough roof inspections and provide you with detailed findings. However, it is the homeowner's responsibility and prerogative to file an insurance claim based on our report. We are unable to file a claim on your behalf, but we aim to provide the best information possible to assist in that process. In this case, we also worked diligently with your insurance company, even advocating for them to reinspect the roof to ensure a fair evaluation after their initial denial. We always strive to support our homeowners throughout the entire process. However, we sincerely apologize that we were not able to meet our standards in this situation. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services.

These people have horrible reviews online. They are not accredited with the BBB. They came more than 20 miles into our "no solicitation" community and left door hangers on every door, even though most houses have additional no solicitation signs. That is something that thieves do to check and see when people are home and when they are away. If you get information from this company or if someone is on your property, call the police, call them and complain, and post online. We need to warn others. When I called the company I was told no one was available to speak to me in regard to the situation. Please be wary.

P Dag, we’re sorry you were inconvenienced by our team that’s working in your neighborhood. Although we do not currently have accreditation with the BBB, like many other businesses, we do have a 4.25 star rating on their site. Our account is undergoing a corporate rebranding to merge all accounts and once complete will have the accreditation. Also, as you’ll notice right here on this specific Google listing for our Orlando office we have a 4.9 star rating out of more than 500 reviews. We are proud of our employees and the services they’ offer and perform and believe our rating adequately depicts the quality of our work.We welcome you to compare our rating with any other volume business including the Publix nearest to your home. Again, we are sorry if you were inconvenienced and we wish you a Happy Holiday!

Would not recommend. STAY AWAY!!! Do your research. This company requires you to sign a contract the day the door to door sales man stops at your house. One of those documents is the Assignment of Benefits - which gives them the right to get your insurance check issued directly to them. I found several references to Jasper Roofing and the owner being the same. RoofClaim has no rating on BBB - but Jasper does and it’s terrible.

Excellent customer service. We had a pretty bad hail storm in Oviedo so I had my roof checked for damage. Roof Claim just happened to knock on my door (among many others). They were they thorough with their inspection and communication. It took a few months because my insurance company wanted a 2nd opinion but everything finally worked itself out. Roofclaim fought for me throughout the entire process and within a few months I had a new roof in one day. The only downside is that they only replace roofs so I had to find other companies for gutter and fascia replacement. I also went through quite a few reps during the process but eventually I ended up with Kim as my rep, Kim was informative, easy to contact and always available for updates. She was a glowing unicorn of customer service. Her friendly Smurf like attitude made her an absolute delight to deal with. Even when their job was over, Kim helped me out with an issue I had where I had spilled paint on my brand new roof after being bullied by an incredibly upset bee. Yes… a bee made me freak out and spill paint on my new roof. So after going through a large number of reps and finally getting the job finished with Kims help, I recommend Roofclaim. My new roof looks super sexy now and I’m certain that my neighbors with their old dilapidated roofs are surely jealous. As a matter of fact, I think one of them trained that bee to attack me. If you want an aggressive company to fight for your new roof, these are your guys (and Kim).

Thank you so much for the detailed and entertaining review! We’re thrilled to hear that despite a few hurdles, including a mischievous bee, our team, especially Kim, was able to provide excellent support and help get your roof replaced. We’re glad the end result is a roof you're proud of! While we focus solely on roofing, we appreciate your understanding and are happy to have been part of the process. If you ever need us again, we’ll be here—bees included! Enjoy your new roof!

Travis stopped by for a quick inspection after Helene brushed passed, provided some useful insights and brought attention to some manufacturing defects in a few shingles, but nothing requiring immediate attention or concern.
