I had a metal roof put on, and it looks great. They came and finished when they said. The yard and drive way were all cleaned up when they finished the job. They fit me in the schedule very quickly. They even sent picture updates while I was at work. Could not have asked for more!

100% recommend!!! Pearl Roofing fixed several terrible leaks in my 72ft metal shop. The owner Jeffree who quoted the job was right there working with his team. Sadly not all companies do this anymore. He told me EXACTLY what they would do …

I had a front door that had never been installed correctly. I had someone come to fix it and it cost a lot of money for nothing. Then I contacted Jeffree. He had a job but said he would call back in a couple weeks when it was done. I have been ghosted by at least 6 other contractors. Jeffree called me a couple days ago and came out the next day and looked at it. I bought another door and he came back today and installed it. Because the original installation was bad it made a lot more work than anticipated to install the door assembly. Now I have a front door that works perfectly. Also I had another exterior door that the latches had been poorly done and the door closed but did not closed against the weather seal. They installed a stainless plate and now it fits perfectly and latches perfectly. They even notice the knob and latch screws were slightly loose and tightened them for me. They cleaned up behind themselves and even loaded the old door and frame into my truck so that I can haul it to the dump. Next time I need some work done Jeffree is who I will be calling!!!

I randomly chose Pearl Roofing and glad I did. Jeff provided a guote and started work on power washing our metal roof right away. After the first swipe, you could tell a big difference. He also did repair work and changed all the screws! Highly recommend

Jeffrey and his crew are outstanding. Respectful, considerate, and kind. They beat out the competition with the best price which was a complete blessing. Completed the whole 40 x 24 garage in less than a day, including clean-up. We will be calling Pearl Roofing when it's time to replace the roof on our house.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 83 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
