  You went around our neighborhood offering free quotes, so we booked a free quote with you and you never showed.

  Initial booking was good. We had a leak into our garage so hired these guys to redo our roof. They did good cleaning up on outside of home however left a significant mess in our garage including shingle material (tar covered rocks) nails and a piece of plywood from a new vent they added and just allowed to fall into garage with 2 motorcycles and a car. If we had known to cover them we would have and they did offer to help detail the car after weeks of waiting for them to return a email or a phone call Since we have had a continued leak into the garage that their inspector said would be covered however was giving an estimate of 800 cause the guy calling didn’t know they had just done our roof. Now no one wants to get back to us after over a week and we are left with a continued leak in our roof. Communication has been very disappointing. Roof was done in June of this year.

  Nothing but problems since day one. Improper measurements, guaranteed about materials that they couldn't deliver, deadlines that weren't respected, climbing expenses, installation taking over four weeks (and counting) to complete, damage done to my property that never seems to get fixed, constantly being passed over to different people in a bloated management structure, with each one being as unhelpful, unprofessional and full of empty promises as the last. I'm halfway through a job and regretting every minute of it. Do yourself a favour and stay as far from these losers as possible.

  Installers did not know what had been agreed between estimator and home owner. Materials were missing on install day requiring another visit on the next day. Calls and emails went unanswered for a week after install date.

  Definitely a great experience dealing with Roof Smart. I needed a roof reparation as water was coming into the attic. Prompt response since the first call. Reparation was done within 5 days, pricing fair and reasonable. Good quality repair, no more water coming in even with the massive rainfalls we are having these days. Recommended 100%

  So I would like to start this review off by saying that with my journey on getting estimates for my roof, by far roofsmart has been the most efficient company that I have dealt with. within 1.5 hrs of my initial inquiries on getting my roof replaced I not only did I have 5 estimates in my hand (email) but also a follow up call from Wade Ledoux, who was absolutely amazing to deal with. A very informative young man, I have signed with them and within a day we had a schedule lined up to replace the roof. So far I am very impressed with the company and especially wade. we are booked in weather permitting to be completed by march 20th. looking forward to meeting more of the crew. I will follow up after the installation to comment on the work and the project. mar. 28/26: update, I will try and keep this brief , shout out to the project manager as well he was in constant contact about the timing for delivery of material and bin and the install crew. Extremely impressed with how the company works and the the great job they did on the roof. If I could give 7 stars I would.
