  Yesterday our neighbours were showered with shingles from our Jayson Global Roofing installed roof. About a 3rd of our garage roof is gone as well. Terrible workmanship. Won’t find me in your database as work was contracted under my wife’s name.

  Bruce, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our records show the roof at this property was installed in October 2010, and we returned in January 2021 following a significant wind event to complete repairs at that time. Yesterday’s winds resulted in a large number of shingle blow-off calls across the Edmonton and Sherwood Park area, and situations like this are often related to storm damage, particularly on roofs of this age. We have reached out directly and are happy to inspect the roof to determine the cause of the damage and recommend next steps.

  Truly one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. Not only was the communication genuinely the WORST, but it took five days to get my roof done. It was just two guys that showed up -- the first two days they showed up around 11am and left around 3, the 3rd day they showed up at noon and left at 3pm, the 4th day it was just one guy by him and he worked for two hours, and the 5th day he was alone again but didn't show up until 3pm! The work is fine, but I regret going with this company and I wish I had trusted my gut when I saw the first red flag.

  Took five months for the job to get done. It was only one eavestrough a gutter facia, and a roof on very small shed. They sent one person out to do every job but every other week somebody came out to do something it was poor Organization They left a mess in my yard. And nobody cleaned it up, I bought 14 feet of fascia and 2-2x6 14 ft long they charged me $630 dollars

  Jayman master builder used this roofing company for my house. My shingles start coming off the roof in less 5 years living in the house. I called them to ask if my warranty still covers but they never got back to me. I don’t recommend this company if you’re looking to do your roof done

  I do not recommend them for a house Roofing work. They are a big name, but unfortunately, they gave the work to random people to execute. The result is low work quality. I'm giving them 2 stars because they came to try to fix theit but no pictures were provided to prove it, although I asked for them. I was very clear in the beginning that I didn't want random people to do my roofing, and I wanted their professional roofers, and they confirmed that. What happened after is that they sent a couple of people with little to no experience and as a result they did the underlayment in a wrong way. I feel played as I paid $1500 more to them because they are a big company as I got multiple offers cheaper from small companies. The other thing is their salesman told me that the reason why their price is high is that they'll extend the shingles to my neighbors side by 2 ft to ensure no leak. They did not and then claimed that their salesman is not experienced in the execution. I sold the house after doing the work, and I don't know if it started leaking.

  The crews did a great job replacing my eavestroughs and installing the new drip edge and shingles on a portion of my roof. It was worth the investment and a great experience from quote to finish. I have already recommended Jayson to two of my neighbors.

  They came in to make some repairs and replace a couple of bottom rows of shingles. That should give us years more of service out of the current shingles and saved us a lot of money over replacing the entire thing

  Had both my garage and house re-shingled and was super happy. The experience dealing with John was great, he estimated the work to my home and was obviously very knowledgable and easy to deal with. One thing I really enjoyed was he was the only one out of 4 estimates to actually go onto my roof. Was a bit of a pain that the job had been signed off on at the start of May and did not start until the beginning of July. Nothing against Jayson, totally understandable that they were at the mercy of our crazy weather. Chance and his crew were incredible. The job looks great, they were quick and professional and were thorough with their clean up. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family. Especially John and Chance. Side note, a couple days after the job I was talking to a neighbor and she even commented about how impressed she was with their work and how professional they seemed.
