Had my roof done on Aug 26 2023. I have attempted to communicate many times by phone and text. They visited my home and said they would fix the exposed nails, the knife cuts in the shingles and the incorrect overlap on the the shingles. They have never returned I tried contacting them many times by text and phone but they can't ntinue to ignore my requests.

***UPDATE**** It is way over a week and still no further action from the owner of this company, he has not come by, tried to contact us or anything! We DID NOT have our shingles done by these guys, but our neighbor did and Oilers Exterior felt the need to utilize both neighbors yards! Needless to say once we heard a big bang against our house we went outside, shingles and nails everywhere I called them on it, 2 of their guys came over to pick up the shingles not only in our yard but on our own rooftop. I went out a few times during the day to throw shingles, shingle wraps and nails from our yard back over the 6’ fence onto our neighbors side. At one time I noticed a big crack or broken piece in our siding with a black scratch mark leading to it, clearly you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know how the damage came about, I called out my husband he called over to the guys who were on a break and he asked to speak to the manager/owner/guy running the job, some other guy comes over and asks what’s the problem, we showed him the damage and he said he would tell the boss, no one came over after that! I called Oilers the next day, I knew they had to come back since the roof was not completed and I spoke to the owner who said he heard from the house owner about the damage and that he would make it right, but it would be later Friday evening (since he was in Red Deer on a job) or on Saturday because he had to finish off the roof next door, he made it quite clear that he was going to do what he needed to make sure we are happy. That was the last time I heard from him.
