  I rent my home. guys showed up and stole my power. compressor broke down so i let them use mine, they ripped up my grass, wrecked my BBQ, and the foreman assaulted me when I confronted him. Company won't return my calls. If I could give -5 stars, I would. they let a 15 year old on the roof, which I thought was illegal in April.

  Weatherproof Roofing sports the words "We're on top of it!" on the cover page of their booklet. Well, let me break the news to you - they are NOT "on top" of anything. I requested a quote from them via their online form and three days later there was still no response. When I contacted them by email, they finally scheduled an estimate. The first thing the estimator said when he showed on my porch is that "we are not the cheapest company." We have a nice house in a popular neighbourhood so I am not sure what precipitated that comment, as we were looking for a quality company, not the cheapest price. It's now been almost a week after the estimate, and there is radio silence. I can see them say the usual "we're very busy", but everyone is busy, and I did get some prompt and professional communication from a number of reputable companies and was happy to give one of them my business. This company does not value its reputation.

  I don't believe this is a fair review. I came to look at your roof on a Tuesday. I said a couple of days for the quote. The Wednesday and Thursday it rained a lot, which means we are very busy attending to new clients with active leaks. I had your quote to you on Friday. A 1 star review here is not valid. We have a solid 10 year workmanship warranty and value the work we do. To give a business a 1 star review that hasn't done any work for you is not valid. I do hope you have a reputable business to replace your roof and you are satisfied with the work. We wish you all the best.

  i called this company twice for a quote. 1st time they did not show up at the agreed time, or call to re-schedule. I called them a week later, left a message for the estimator, yeah, same result, no return call. Be cautious when contacting this company.

  Initially had someone out to estimate repairing some rot damage on my roof which went well, asked a few follow up questions via e-mail (including a re-roof quote request) and after chasing with a few e-mails and phone calls over a multiple weeks, haven't heard anything back. Disappointing experience as I had high expectations with all the positive reviews.

  We had our 57 year old tar and gravel roof changed to asphalt shingles this year by Weatherproof Roofing along with our fascias, eaves, and down spouts. They also added a sun tunnel. They had their work cut out for them but did not disappoint. All the crews we dealt with were great to deal with, friendly, punctual, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

  We recently lost a few shingles during a spring windstorm and called Weatherproof Roofing to assess the damage. After a thorough inspection, they confirmed what we suspected: it was time to replace our 20-year-old roof. Weatherproof was our first and only call because of our past experience with them. Five years ago, they repaired our deteriorating chimney and installed a new chimney cap. Recently, a small crack developed in the cap due to Alberta's harsh weather cycles (not workmanship). True to their word and long-term warranty, Weatherproof came out and fixed it promptly with zero hassle. That kind of accountability gives you real peace of mind as a homeowner, so choosing them for our full roof replacement was a no-brainer. Once again, they exceeded our expectations at every step: * Excellent Communication: The office staff was polite, efficient, and provided all the upfront details we needed. * Reliable Scheduling: Despite severe rain delays, Andreas kept us constantly updated. If weather pushed our start date back, he emailed us immediately to apologize and reschedule. We never felt left in the dark. * Outstanding Crew: Florence and his installation team were punctual, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They answered any questions I had and kept the yard spotless throughout the process, ensuring no debris or nails were left behind. * Unmatched Quality Control: After the roof was finished, Weatherproof conducted a final inspection. They spotted a couple of minor cosmetic details I never would have noticed and sent Joe and his team back to fix them to meet their high standards. Very few companies show that level of integrity. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with both projects Weatherproof Roofing has completed for us. They are a top-tier, class-act business. As long as I own a home, they will be my go-to roofers.   We had them out to do a repair when a storm unexpectedly blew off quite a lot of our shingles. They were quick to respond, which was greatly appreciated as we are well aware this stormy summer would have created a significant workload for them and they're likely working around the clock. Joe promptly fixed our roof and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was a job well done and will definitely use them again for any of our future roofing needs.

  Thank you very much Naz for coming today in the rain to patch up a few bare spots on my roof caused by a few days of severe wind. Of course, the nice weather couldn't have held until later this week when Weatherproof Roofing is scheduled to come and replace them, lol. Naz began by investigating as soon as I showed him where the water was leaking into my home. He started by looking in the attic, then he got busy up on the roof by repairing the spots he felt were causing the leaking. I appreciate the time he took to explain where and why the rain was coming in, how he fixed the problem and took pictures to show me too. No more dripping!! Yaaay. Thanks again.

  Got our roof done in April by Jesse and crew. Firstly, the quote was provided quick and easy, with pictures taken via drone, and an itemized quote and sign system via email. Quote was couple hundred bucks less than my two other quotes. Jesse and crew did a great job over three days (there was some inclement weather). In addition, I had asked if I could put a huge pile of sticks and twigs that were on my lawn from a tree trimming in their garbage trailer, to take advantage of the opportunity. Not only did they say yes, but they did it all for me before I could get a chance. Top notch service!!
